DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My daughter order her wedding reception dress from here. When she received the dress it looked cheap, it was 5 sizes too big (we went off there size chart), it was way longer than picture (it was tulle so can’t be himmed), the tulle was revealed around the bottom, dress did not look like the picture, dress was poor quality. I could go on and on. I sent customer service an email telling them all this. They told me them all the things that were wrong. I paid $140 for the dress. It was not a custom made dress. They only said they would refund me $50. They said they would refund the entire amount if I returned the dress. The dress they wanted me to return to China. It would have cost more to send it back than I would get refunded. What I don’t understand is the return label on the package when she received the dress was from Chicago, Illinois. I got a $65 refund on a $140 dress. DO NOT FALL FOR THE DRESS ON THIS SITE. They do not stand behind their product.

As stated by others, this is a Chinese rip off site. The dress in the picture is the bait. They put up these amazing pictures, have a .com site so you think it is legitimate and then BANG, your dress arrives. The absolute abomination that I took out the box for my daughter was not worthy of being used as rags. The company did not answer a single email until Pay Pal got involved. Then they wanted to offer a 50% refund. The dress cost £135. I would not pay 50p for the abomination I got sent. The company is a scam. When they did start replying they would only accept returns via DHL and FedEx. The 2 most expensive options. So again you are discouraged from sending it back. This company is a joke, management should be in jail. I wish I could upload pictures to this site so you could all see what was sent. Oh how I wish.

This is clearly a chinese knockoff brand that takes designs and remakes them, however they use high quality material and the dresses look similar/accurate to the pictures they are selling. I've bought two dresses from here, both were a little heavy - the material around the bust was thick - and slightly big even when I ordered specific measurements, but that might be because of my inaccurate measuring. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative for a dress you can't find, this is a solid medium quality choice. The dresses I bought were generally beautiful and I do not regret my purchase.

I recently bought a prom dress from this company. The dress took over 6 weeks to arrive but I thought ok as it was being made to order. The dress arrived, however, it looked like a fancy dress outfit - something that Elsa would wear from Frozen. The material was cheap and the dress looked absolutely nothing like the picture advertised. I have to send the dress back to receive a full refund even though I have sent pictures of what I received. How can this company dishonestly operate selling these dresses. This is a warning to all - Please do not buy from this website 😡

Please do not use this company, I recently bought a prom dress I had been trying to find for ages from here. I payed a lot of money for delivery so I had the dress in time and it took what was supposed to be a week, three weeks just to be shipped. I then received my order and the dress was nothing like the photo, made poorly after I was told they were made to order which I don’t believe and therefore I emailed for a return which is what is told to do in the returns policy. They have messed me about and are continuing to take ages to respond, please don’t use.
