Excellent products and support
This review is actually for my most recent transaction, but I've been buying from them for several years. Quality parts and customer service, never had an issue that wasn't quickly resolved, a question that went unanswered, or parts that weren't available.
My only reason for 4 stars this time is just to raise the flag that they need to smooth out their shipping rates in the shopping cart. I saw the shipping charge of $30 for a $30 order, so I had to contact them directly before ordering asking about it. I was given the reasoning behind it, and told that the extra charge would be refunded after purchase. Not as easy as it should be, suspect they are working on it. That said, I placed the order, sure enough, got a refund for the overages, parts went out that day, already installed on the car, working as expected.
I will not hesitate to buy more of their products in the future, got another build coming up that will need goodies from them.

Can't thank them enough
Can't thank them enough. It's extremely hard to find solid customer service these days or anyone willing to go above and beyond. Sean from Forge did just that no questions asked. I had purchased a BOV valve for my 2015 Audi A3 and had an issue a few months after , called in and they sent the replacement part I needed right away! Even though I forgot to attach my original receipt from 3rd party supplier. Also would like to note the contact back and forth through the whole process was as good as it gets, thank you so much and I will surely refer anyone I can to purchase your awesome products!

Very satisfied customer.
The website is extremely user friendly,made choosing the right product very easy.
The price is very reasonable, unfortunately,shipping over the border was a bit pricey.
Quality of parts seem really good, the wastegate fit no problem on the turbo, some installation instructions could make it easyer for the less knowledgeable but overall pretty straight forward.
