Amazing Service and Products.

Ordered the freestanding pull-up frame (galvanised) and got a call a day later confirming the order and everything included, which was a surprise. Anyhow, I really appreciated the call and effort made to reach out.

The pull-up frame arrived a few days later and quality was stellar. Really good quality metal used with no marks anywhere. Welds were also thick and solid so nothing breaks down. They're the only one I found with straight bars too, instead of the clips half way up the poles, which are a bottleneck and cause the frame to swing around when doing muscle ups. With this, I have no problem whatsowever; no swing and no sway!

Would give more than 5* if possible. Definitely recommend Forge fitness if you're looking for high-quality home equipment. Cheers lads!

Very happy with the equipment that I received and I was able to install the rack myself as the instructions were fairly simple to follow.
The delivery time took longer than advertised but I was able to contacted the company via telephone and they were able to give me a expected date for when the equipment would arrive.

Great product but let down by the service. The product itself is great good finish on the plates and the power rack. Product took longer than expected to come which isn't an issue as long as its communicated which it wasnt, Once the rack arrived i noticed the 2.5kg plates were missing, I tried to get hold of the team but no answer, after several attempts at contact via telephone I left an email, I still didnt get a response but received the weight plates about a week later.

Would I still buy again, Yes, I need some more plates and want them all to match plus the quality is there. Everybody can make mistakes its how they deal with it going forward that counts

This is a great company with really good quality equipment. They've worked really hard to maintain a high level of service during the difficult lockdown period. Highly recommended

Great equipment, very pleased with it.

The rack itself is fairly well made. The service completely let it down in all it took the best part of 3 months to get all the parts. I had a rack with no j hooks or safety bars for 2 months. When they finally arrived after constantly chasing and not getting any answers, the dip bars were still missing. When the dip bars arrived they were the wrong colour but at this point I'd given up on trying to rectify the problems.

Shake as I really wanted it to be a great experience as if rather use a smaller company instead of the likes of Mirafit etc. I hope they improve all round otherwise I don't think they will last :(

Really easy. Saw the advert on Facebook. Checked out the site and loved the cage design. A quick call to learn more detail on dimensions and delivery timescales….and it all arrived without a hiccup. Really good experience.

I purchased a powercage set with weights etc, communication before sale was great but as soon as I purchased the company ghosted me.

Read other customers were having similar experinces so requested a refund as per T&C as product hadn't been delivered yet. They rang me immediately trying to convince me to not cancel, after 20 minutes of pestering they finally accepted the cancel request and said they would refund.

Unfortunately that was the last I heard from the company and no refund has yet been sent!!!
Thankfully I purchased on a credit card so they are now claiming the money back directly

After a long protracted, 0 communication series of emails.. they finally got back to me.

The equipment is decent, they installed it nicely and god rid off the rubbish too which was really nice of them.

However, I can't give them any higher than three due to the lack of communication, constant nagging, and having to go to my bank to get them to do something.

Forge Fitness really need to employ a logistics person, and not take on so many orders as they did because it seems they are a bit over there head. It is a new business, but this is nature of business.. don't get greedy.

I ordered the Bench Press & Squat Rack 105Kg - it took 4 weeks to arrive, which would have been fine had I been notified beforehand/throughout, but had no contact. Other than that, very pleased with what was delivered, very well made and exactly what I wanted

I purchased a power cage along with a couple of accessories. I must admit I am very satisfied with the build quality, and how easy it was to set up. In particular, I found Owen to be very professional, and his enthusiasm to explain things to me was very useful. I would definitely recommend Forge Fitness Equipment to anyone seeking high quality products.

Fantastic service, delivered very quickly and professionally. Installed quickly and left ready to use. Highly recommended to anyone who is serious about weight lifting.

Bought the individual squat stands with bench press hooks and am delighted with the quality. Heavy, solid, well made and nicely designed. Look like they would survive a bomb blast and certainly any weight I will ever put on them (specified to 250kg). Undoubtedly they will outlast me. A lifetime purchase and worth the money.
