I had no idea about anything to do with finance and investments, so having all of my options laid out in such a clear way made it so much easier to decide. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I would not recommend them to anyone. To speak to anyone you must wait on hold for more than an hour every single time you call. After submitting paperwork, 2.5 months later they still don't have the paperwork reviewed and the account updated. Terrible customer service!!! Run as fast as you can from this company.

I am trying to make a simple billing change from monthly to annual payments for my mother's policy. I submitted a power of attorney and a request for the billing change in December and made several calls and emails to confirm they had what they needed. After nearly 2 months they have advised that the notarized signature on the POA looks different than the file signature so they want an 88 year old woman in a different city to submit documentation. Let me reiterate, the POA was notarized. I gave up. I can't even imagine what hoops I will have to jump through once my mother passes.
