Terrible customer service

Worst customer service ever. I tried to call to get an update on a delayed order with zero response. When calling - it just hangs up on you after a few minutes and asks you to send email. When I send email - no one responds for up to a week unless multiple emails are sent.

When I ordered - I was told in was in stock and would be processed in a week because they are delayed which is fine. But they just updated the web site after 2 weeks saying that they are out of inventory. And I eventually got an email saying my order would be processed next month.

Also - Force USA already charged my credit card for the purchase even though it's back ordered. That's a really unsavory business practice. I have ordered products from their competitors, and I noticed that none of them charged my credit card until the product shipped.

I can't say enough good things about…

I can't say enough good things about this company. I recently purchased a C10, and it is amazing. I love the center cables and the low row attachments. Their customer service was easy to deal with, and I appreciate that they are located in the US. Great overall experience and company, I would buy from them again.

J'ai acheter un Force USA MyRack Cable Crossover (Un Côté) à 400€ via le site titaniumstrenght.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de ce produit acheter via le site titaniumstrenght qui est peu qualitatif.

Je ne recommande pas du tout à moins que vous travailliez avec des charges légère >20kg.

Point positif :

Livraison correcte, carton abîmé, mais produit non dégradé.

Point négatif :

Notice en anglais, mais honnêtement ça ne m'a pas déranger, sauf pour l'étape 7 qui est très mal expliquer, il manque des schémas pour que ça soit plus claire.

J'ai dû regarder des photos d'illustration sur le site internet pour comprendre.
2 h à 2 pour le montage, plutôt simple pour les partis 1-6 et 8 et compliquer à l'étape 7.

Les éléments glissent très mal entre eux, ce qui a pour conséquence de donner une résistance non-proportionnelle et brusque lors du tirage du câble.

J'ai dû limer les éléments en plastique pour que ça glisse un peu mieux.

Malgré plusieurs réglages différents, la poulie n'est toujours pas stable lorsque charge au-dessus de 60 kg pour du tirage horizontal. Ou que je tire le câble très loin pour les autres mouvements avec des charges moins élevés.

Les grandes barres bougent sur le côté, il y a un differenciel qui va jusqu'à 6 cm entre le haut "droit" et l'horizontale et 4 cm avec le haut "gauche" et l'horizontale.

Je n'achèterais plus jamais de produit force usa et je vous invite également à le faire.

Their delivery company told us we needed to have a forklift at our house to unload the equipment the day of the delivery.

Purchased $5k worth of equipment. It shipped quickly and we received a notification of the delivery date. The morning of the delivery the delivery company called to ensure we had a forklift at our RESIDENTIAL HOME to unload the boxes. Obviously, we do not happen to have a $30k forklift sitting at our house so they told us they can not deliver it and that all of their customers that purchase something like this typically have friends that have equipment to unload the truck. We then called customer service for hours and they do not pick up the phone. We also tried live chat and nobody answers. A HORRIBLE experience. Their website specifically says that there will be curbside delivery and they will only unload the packages but will not put it in your home or up stairs. Any company that sells such expensive equipment should have a top notch customer service platform. Not this company.....you won't be able to get ahold of them. If we had known that we would have never purchased.

Terrible delivery

I ordered the C-10 all in one trainer and the sliding bench that was optional. Around $5,000 of equiptment (with assembly). I was ready to purchase these on July 4,2024. They were out of stock. I was told they would be in stock in the fall. At the end of August a company named Johnson Fitness Equipment contacted me and told me they had the C-10 in stock, but not the bench. I called ForceUSA and asked if they were in stock, they said next week they would have the bench and C-10 in stock. This is early Sept. I ordered from them, because they said they were in stock and had the bench. They probably weren’t, because I waited for delivery.They took my money before they were shipped. I complained, asking what was taking so long,ForceUSA sent me a free bike. Ok nice, a compensation for waiting this long. I was told shipping should take 3-10 days. It was now early October. One box was delivered, the weight stacks. Still waiting for the C-10. SAIA (the trucking company) lost that box, I did not get it until October 28th! And it was damaged and a piece was missing. ForceUSA did not package it well. This is very heavy Equiptment -No styrofoam only bubble wrap in a thin plywood box sealed with finishing nails, most were missing, only two remained (and they were out and bent). Plywood does not hold well when nails go into the thin plys, it only separates them. Terrible packing job!! Customer Service does not read or respond to the complete email, they only answer one question. I would have liked to have gotten a compensation for these problems and delays. Such as clearing my gym for assembly (2 months) a lot of phone calls, texts and e-mails, not to mention waiting everyday expecting delivery. Never any notice of when things will be delivered. The truck driver simply calls and says “I’m here” with a huge tractor trailer! The last truck did not have a lift to lower the 1,200 lb Equiptment, the driver had to take each piece out of a broken box and hand each piece to me. I understand SAIA had a responsibility here, but they can not compensate me, ForceUSA should, and send the bill to SAIA. A stepper or bumper plates, would have been nice and would have made me a happy customer. But as a result, I put up with much more than can be expected for paying $5,000 worth of equiptment.
But the machine and bench are
great!! So 2 ⭐️s.

$10k lost

Order $10k of fitness equipment to be delivered in 5-7 days. 10 days later and no one at ForceUSA (or the shipping company - ESTES) can tell me where it is. Called several times on day 10 and was told it never left Utah (by both Force USA and the ESTES) and had not shipped. I told the rep to cancel the order and he told me I’d get a cancellation confirmation w/in a hour. I call back 2 hours later and was told that it could not be cancelled because it had suddenly and magically shipped … what a coincidence. Told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor but was told he/she was allegedly on the phone and would call me back. Over an hour later still no call (I’m not expecting one). The product is probably good but that means absolutely nothing if it never arrives and no one can tell you where it is. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere; Amazon would have probably delivered in 2 days. I think that I would have loved the product because I spent days researching the best all in one trainers, However when it arrives I’m refusing delivery so I’ll never find out if the product was good or not. No one who spends $10k of harder-earned money should be treated like this.

I ordered a G6 from ForceUSA in November of last year, and it has been the worst customer experience I have ever had from front to back. I have never written a review online of any kind, but I can’t let someone else go through this.

I could write a novel about the issues I’ve had, but the number one has been that the company sent the wrong model gym. Since then, they have been incredibly unhelpful in my returning it, putting the responsibility on me to find a new shipping pallet, wrap it properly etc. At first I was open to this and asked for guidance, to which I received no help. They scheduled a truck to come pick up the gym with no warning and no instruction as to what was required. Since then, my attempts to get clarity have been met with one sentence responses from customer service agent Liam, and attempts to talk to anyone else have been fruitless. We called Liam again just today and he had no recollection of any of our interactions and gave the same talk track.

This has been going on for 2 months. I don’t even care about the money anymore, I just want the gym out of my house. The fact that I have to spend hours of my time to correct their mistake is just so frustrating. Avoid at all costs. They just don’t seem to care.
