Terrible delivery
I ordered the C-10 all in one trainer and the sliding bench that was optional. Around $5,000 of equiptment (with assembly). I was ready to purchase these on July 4,2024. They were out of stock. I was told they would be in stock in the fall. At the end of August a company named Johnson Fitness Equipment contacted me and told me they had the C-10 in stock, but not the bench. I called ForceUSA and asked if they were in stock, they said next week they would have the bench and C-10 in stock. This is early Sept. I ordered from them, because they said they were in stock and had the bench. They probably weren’t, because I waited for delivery.They took my money before they were shipped. I complained, asking what was taking so long,ForceUSA sent me a free bike. Ok nice, a compensation for waiting this long. I was told shipping should take 3-10 days. It was now early October. One box was delivered, the weight stacks. Still waiting for the C-10. SAIA (the trucking company) lost that box, I did not get it until October 28th! And it was damaged and a piece was missing. ForceUSA did not package it well. This is very heavy Equiptment -No styrofoam only bubble wrap in a thin plywood box sealed with finishing nails, most were missing, only two remained (and they were out and bent). Plywood does not hold well when nails go into the thin plys, it only separates them. Terrible packing job!! Customer Service does not read or respond to the complete email, they only answer one question. I would have liked to have gotten a compensation for these problems and delays. Such as clearing my gym for assembly (2 months) a lot of phone calls, texts and e-mails, not to mention waiting everyday expecting delivery. Never any notice of when things will be delivered. The truck driver simply calls and says “I’m here” with a huge tractor trailer! The last truck did not have a lift to lower the 1,200 lb Equiptment, the driver had to take each piece out of a broken box and hand each piece to me. I understand SAIA had a responsibility here, but they can not compensate me, ForceUSA should, and send the bill to SAIA. A stepper or bumper plates, would have been nice and would have made me a happy customer. But as a result, I put up with much more than can be expected for paying $5,000 worth of equiptment.
