Stephen was friendly and efficient to deal with during the ordering process and it was all completed very quickly.
I was then passed on to Amy, who will manage everything until delivery. Again things were dealt with very promptly and professionally, with excellent communication.

A real joy to deal with, making the whole process easy and friendly

During the initial stage of researching the purchase of a new car through Forces Cars Direct, my communication with one of their sales directors, Julian Ward, has left me questioning whether I want to proceed with this company. Unfortunately, I found his demeanor to be rude, unhelpful, and condescending, which has been a disappointing experience for a customer looking for professional and courteous service.

Buying a car is a significant decision, and excellent customer service is a crucial part of the process. This interaction has certainly not met the standard I expected, and it has made me reconsider whether this company values its customers.

I have spoken to Lewis Chapman on several occasions and he was very welcoming. He made me feel at ease, no pressure and answered any questions I had. Always kept me informed at all times. Brilliant service

The engagement with Julian at Forces Cars Direct was excellent and prompt with everything explained clearly. The only glitch I had was an incorrect price for the model variant I had requested which meant a modest price increase when I came to actually place the order. That aside, I was very happy with the ordering process and communication. The big plus of course is the significant discount over dealer RRP which makes the purchase all the more rewarding!
