The process from order to delivery was explained clearly along with how my trade-in vehicle sale would be managed. In addition, the discount on manufacturer's retail price was substantial. I bought a Mini JCW through Forces Cars Direct. They had enough excellent price for the Mini John Cooper Works, one of the last real hot hatches, so after some thinking I decided to purchase.

It can still be a little nervy buying such a big purchase through the internet but I did some research and checked other feedback. I also found that a friend of mine had used them some years ago and recommended them wholeheartedly so I decided to go ahead. I phoned and talked to Lewis and started my order.

I dealt with Lewis and Jessica through the process and they were excellent. The car was delivered pretty much to the day they said it would at the start and they kept me informed throughout and answered any questions I had promptly and with a clear knowledge of what was happening. I was really impressed, like most people, I don't buy a new car every week, so to be able to ask what may be a daft question and receive a quick and friendly answer was excellent for reassurance.

The car was delivered in a transporter, absolutely spotless and on time, with over 1/2 a tank of fuel which was a lovely touch. I was talked through the controls and now I'm loving the car.

I'd recommend them to anyone.
