Prompt delivery, courteous service and helpful attitude. Despite her competition treating me like I was being awkward (won’t say who) Alice catered to my admittedly precise requirements and united me with a ring I am in love with. The sales process was made painless by her excellent customer service and the packaging was beautiful (nice bonus).

Ordered a ring on the 18th of August, a week later I'd received no email to say it was dispatched and so I contacted the seller and asked for an update, to date (2nd September) I've had no response and I've contacted using their website form, Facebook and Instagram (where they regularly post). I'm in the third week since purchase. I've opened a claim with my bank and reported as a fraudulent company. I think the fact there is no phone number, nothing suggesting how long you will wait for an order to arrive and them never bothering to check or reply to messages are huge red flags. They also own forageandfindantiques.co.uk.

DO NOT BUY FROM. I decided to return my order and she is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. Won’t reply to messages from anyone anywhere and took SEVERAL attempts over the course of 3 weeks on various platforms. I don’t recommend buying from here bad experience from start to finish. Unless you’re 110% sure you want that piece and can wait for it/might not show up from talking to other people. The WORST customer service and experience.
