Not a lot I can say at this stage, I placed an order with Footplate for a Bachman 3F Jinty locomotive and all went well, nicely packaged and arrived in a timely manner, I shall certainly be looking to consider them for further orders.

The Dapol N gauge "Schools" class loco was in excellent virtually new condition and runs very smoothly. Footplate Models packed the boxed loco very well and sent via Royal Mail so it arrived when predicted and undamaged. Many thanks!

Down to the ever increasing prices, I have been buying a fair amount of pre-owned items from Footplate. I have no complaints with regard to the wonderful service given on all occasions. A fully tracked 48 hour package service on delivery and notification throughout the order process keeps you well informed. Items are as described in the advertisement. Unfortunately I did receive a non working loco recently ( first and only one ), a quick email to Footplate got me a return label and the item was repaired and back on my layout within days. This is one model railway business that can really be relied upon to support their customers. Thank you.
