Happily and highly recommend
Very impressed with the team at Foot Factor. Very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I'm a keen runner and have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for months so decided to book in for an assessment and have orthotics put in place. The team gave some great advice and I've noticed improvements since wearing them. A key differentiator with Foot Factor is they make your orthotics onsite so you're able to take them home with you the same day.
I was also impressed with the aftercare after receiving a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK and if I had any problems I was welcome back in for any adjustments.
Happily and highly recommend.

I am the Head Sports Therapist for the London Lions Basketball Club and I got in contact with Foot Factor in order to start a professional partnership which involves our players getting customised insoles.
Miss Kristin and her team were brilliant and ensure everything was done properly.
The insoles are created with perfection and met all the players' needs.
Communication throughout the process was impeccable, me and the players' were updated on a daily basis with useful information.

Hip and back pain
I work on my feet all day and was getting hip and back pain. A client recommended Foot Factor – I’d not considered bespoke orthotics before (off the shelf insoles I previously tried hadn’t helped me). I’m amazed that my pain has gone, I’ve got more energy and the orthotics are really comfortable. Matt and Norbert are true experts, they pay attention to detail, listened to my concerns and then crafted the insoles working directly with me – a unique and totally bespoke service. I’ve learnt so much and highly recommend Foot Factor.

Truly expert service that fixed my back ache
I've been a customer of Foot Factor since 2013. I first went as I was getting regular lower back pain and a physiotherapist had suggested orthotics. I was amazed by the level of detailed analysis Norbert undertook before hand-making and adjusting the insoles to suit my feet and my gait.
My first set of in insoles were a revelation, as my shoes had never been so comfortable. My regular back pain resolved shortly within a couple of months of using the orthotics and I noticed that I was walking more comfortably and standing straighter.
Over the years I have become much more active in no small part down to these orthotics making me more comfortable when walking, running etc. When I have returned to get new orthotics - most recently in May 2021 - I have seen the clear evidence of how they have improved my gait and continue to offer me great support.
