Found the whole experience underwhelming, and at times when I asked questions ( Mathew on chat) down right rude.
Delivery of tickets 8 hrs before kick off for a Barcelona game when you live in Uk, I have every right to be concerned.
Price of ticket can be sourced significantly cheaper than I paid.
Will not use again

Arrived from abroad hoping to catch a match for the first time with my son. Found some tickets via this site. Host immediately reached out via mobile and corresponded exclusively that way. Made things very easy and made me feel secure in every regard. Unfortunate outcome for the match losing 1-0 but great experience overall.

SPYWARE USED IN CHAT The company is definitely not legit! Since my tickets are still pending for a match on the 25th, I tried to call customer service but surprise surprise, it rings out and an automated message says they can't answer the phone. Tried the chat too and "Michael" is very condescending and does not like when it is pointed out to him. Moreover THEY ARE USING SPYWARE they could see what I was typing before pressing send

The communication was very good and he even upgraded our seats. Very positive experience

I need to add my previous review that 100% guarantee for tickets is not true. I had to issue a disputed payment request on my credit card as ticketpad said you could not refund to my card. Another lack of customer service promised and something else I'll be adding to my small claims court request.
