Total failure…
When I purchased a ticket I paid online about $400 Australian but somehow I was forced to cancel my trip to Europe. Therefore I try to find a way to contact the company for a refund of the purchase ticket unfortunately for days and days and days I tried to call them,at no avail.
Then finally, finally as the game date was getting closer Try to email them that I need a refund because I can’t appear at the game in person. Once again, there was no response. The time came when the game started. I still had a ticket and Australia in my pocket. I lost $400 to lack of communication between me and the seller. I’m telling you I will not do purchase any more tickets from this company. Sorry to say this, but that’s truth.

Overall an amazing experience! If I need something answered you would contact me very quickly and you guys would email me updates about the event closer to the day of event. I decided to get it delivered to my hotel and it delivered day before the event as you say it would and everything went smoothly and worked perfectly without any issues. Would definitely use football experience again in the future and would recommend to anyone who is interested in doing this

Maybe woulld have been helpful to be notified that the match had been changed from Sunday to Friday, but fortunately we arrived on the Friday and in time.

We bought 4 tickets for atletico madrid game specifically to be sitted together. The tickets didnt arrive as advertised and we had to call the representative. Eventually we got tickets but they were not together - 3 people in on zone and 1 lonely guy in the other side of the stadium

Good, but expandable software
A very good feature is the new sending the tickets as an e-ticket by email.
There is only one thing to talk about: the internet portal is not very helpfull disigned. There are a lot of funktions without explanation and without confirmation about the saved input. Also we received a lot of unnecessary emails created automatically which only creat confusion.

Price and service
The tickets cost me 279€ each when I got them on mail I saw the real price of 90 €. So it is very expensive. Except that the experience was very good. They kept me updating by mail for the delivery and the seats were very good too.

Very much last minute, flying by the seat of pants, experience. Tickets arrived 10:40pm the night before the match. Nervous wait for their arrival. Ultimately though, going to the Bernabeu was a great experience, our seats were in a really good position, so I'm grateful for that
