It was carefully planned, and interesting, although there was a lot of (useful) information to keep hold of. I found it useful to make notes as I was going through - otherwise I don't think the final test would have been so accessible as I found it.

Additional Payment To Access Course After Passing Test
You will have to pay the fees again to access the course for which you already paid after payment. People need a refresher and by doing this, they are not helping protecting the public and saving lives.

Our course as stated is offered under licence and therefore as you successfully completed the course on September 2, 2025. we are unsure why you would need to re-access the learning materials. We nevertheless respect your opinion but this is required in order for us to continue to offer the lowest priced Level 2 course in the UK at £10.00, We are proud to confirm that every local authority in the UK has accepted our certificate since 2017. and our price has remained at £10. I was happy not to do the course in one session. It was easy to re-join it the next day. The tests were short and sweet. Made easy to answer by being able to scroll back to find dates. It was great to have multiple choices for final exam. Proud to print off a certificate on the same day

We appreciate your feedback. Your reference to scrolling back to find dates appears to refer to the interim quizzes which are used to reinforce the learning materials offered in each course unit. Once the final exam is started, like most exams in a traditional setting it is not possible to view the course content until the exam is finished. No course available after paying
A copy & paste experience as Husemettin so i kept most of his wording.
Less than 1hr ago, I had paid for myself and a relative for food safety courses. I had to create two different accounts, one for group leaders and another one for those enrolled . Paying was easy. Enrollment was easy. But when it comes to starting the course itself is impossible. I am still waiting to get a link for the course. I have taken so many courses online & this is the far worse and difficult to get your hands on the course itself. I wouldn't recommend it at all . I have called the various different number and emailed for assistance but at this point am seeking a full refund. What led me to trust pilot was to check if it was a scam because their social media pages haven't been updated in 3 years. They also have another trust pilot page with only 1 review from 3 yrs ago. Went on YouTube to see if they have tutorial videos. Nothing. I'd like my money back. Purchased this in blind faith because of the .org but I will definitely pay extra and go with their competitors

We are sorry that you were not able to use the system as required. We have offered the Level 2 Food Safety And Hygiene For Catering course to both Individuals, who wish to take the course directly and to managers who wish to enrol their staff, for the past 12 years. Our RoSPA Assured and CPD Certified certificate has been accepted by all UK local authorities over this period. The pass rate for this course is in excess of 90%. It does however appears that you may have chosen the wrong option at purchase which has led to the confusion. We do however appreciate your feedback and we strive to do better.

Great, useful and informative course. Would recommend. Can be a bit slow and gets stuck loading, as well as randomly blocking my account and then unblocking shorty after. Overall great course.

The course was relatively easy to navigate through. The content was really good and relevant to my needs (use of kitchen in our church complex). Many thanks for a great course.
Some of the pictures associated with the text were slightly misleading eg bacteria right next to a slice of melon with no idea of scale, photo of mouldy fruit under text to do with bacteria in food. Naming of Latin names of organisms not all correct eg Salmonella enteritis must not have a capital letter for enteritis, and should be in italics or underlined
