I paid £150 to this company thinking it was an investment platform. I came across it on my phone with a link which appeared to show great returns in a short period of time. They gave me great assurances about transparency, reliability and being with 100% to help me. I initially got a phone call from an agent and then got a few texts but he then fell off the radar. I sent an email requesting a refund of my money and got a reply stating my email was sent to the customer support department and would be looked at by the accounts manager but haven't heard anything more in the last month. I have sent another 2 emails since requesting an update and wanting to find out how long it takes to process a refund but didn't receive a reply. I'm not expecting to get anything back from them. I would avoid this company at all costs. It's just a farce.

I was attracted to this ai investment platform through what turned out to be a deep fake BBC news article. I contacted the company through the link but the conversation I had with them was full of read flags. I would steer clear if I were you. They are not a registered company in the UK and they operate in cryptocurrency.
