Books came exactly as expected. They were packed well and firm in the boxes minimizing the possibility of transport damage. They draw the eye and even attract attention of non-book folk. I will be purchasing their edition of 1Q84 on it's release in 8 days, Daniel Liévano knocked them all out of the park.
