Had the pleasure of dealing with these for my IVA which I have just completed. They made the whole set up easy aswell as every month over the past 5 years. They dont hassle or cause unnecessary stress and when they do contact you they are very thorough and happy to guide/answer any questions. Its been the easiest 5 years amd even better, I am finally debt free!

my debts were out of control and a source of much anxiety. These guys worked out a monthly payment based on my circumstance and prevented it getting worse. During the pandemic my payments were suspended. As my income went down then back up, payments were adjusted accordingly. I was expected to pay what I realistically could but no more. Finally I am free and my debts are gone.

Lauren seddon helped me so much and done a great job even with all my changes in circumstances and issues I have with my private life. She was professional, understanding and even when I was to ashamed to pick up the phone and talk I was never pressured or felt like I was being forced into anything i didnt want to do.

Not sure if I’d recommend, some of the people I engaged with were very helpful and some were quite rude and lacked any sort of empathy whilst I was going through hardship and instead made the yearly reviews difficult when they changed some requirements e.g halfway through my IVA I was told my phone bill was too high (it’s always been the same) and I have to lower the amount for the IVA, which you can’t do if you are in a phone contract. Notably I had to request one of the staff to not contact me as she was always rude and she cancelled and rearranged my creditor meetings without checking with me and also gave incorrect information.

Looked after me and my affairs very well.

It's never good to admit we were in debt. But the staff never judged, just helped. We had got to the point where we didn't answer our phone because of our creditors chasing us. When the IVA was set up-these calls gradually stopped.
Any contact we've had over the years have been met with the utmost professionalism-and humour when the situation called for it.
We would not hesitate to recommend your company to others in the same situation.
