Excellent Professional & Personal Service
Following a request from the LA, Focus360 Energy responded extremely quickly to my urgent need to update an Energy Report they had produced last year. Will Higgins was on the end of the phone when I called for help, and he responded straightaway.
Alex Cotterill produced the revised Report in a few days, complete with a detailed explanation in an email. Excellent.

No service provided but took our money@
We paid over £300.00 for an SAP service and more than 4 weeks later we have received nothing. I've sent numerous emails chasing for information and still no response or acknowledgement. Very unprofessional, bordering on scammers in their operations

Hi Steven,
I want to first thank you for your review, as we will review our process to improve so that this is not repeated. I note you chased to the email that chases for payment rather than our main enquiries inbox that is regularly monitored. We have been unable to complete your SAP thus far as we are awaiting floorplans from yourself. I will be calling you today to obtain the floorplans and get this resolved today.
You did pretty well!
You did pretty well! I needed a SAP report fast after being badly let down. Will in sales was supportive and responsive. Alex did a great job despite being on a course, and the whole thing was turned round quickly. There was a technical glitch, but that was fixed within the original target timescale.
