I think it's a good product but I can only assume that people will feel the difference in time. It's taken 3 bags to start feeling a small difference but am persevering.

Focul is pretty tasty and I do seem to have noticed an improvement in my reflux since I started using it. I have it mixed with water after breakfast every morning. When I first used it I thought it tasted very sweet but I quickly got used to it and now I very much enjoy it as a morning treat.

Also the team behind it are very helpful! They answer queries very swiftly

I started using Focul nearly three weeks ago and can definitely notice an improvement in the silent reflux. It has a pleasant taste, I mix it with my cereal and yogurt every morning.

I began using FOCUL on January 17th of this year. I suffered for years with acid reflux and as per, the GPs answer was omeprazole. After some research into that I realised it would end up doing me more harm than good in the long run and it only masked the problem at the end of the day. I stopped it several years back and went on to taking a mixture of several supplements which made a slight difference. The problems were possible fillers/bulking agents, the cost each month, the inconvenience keeping up with the sorting into a weekly pill box and some were to be taken preferably an hour apart... so I gave up on them. My reflux got worse, I had a feeling my oesophagus must've been so inflamed inside. I was being physically sick with the acid. Then my sister found an ad for FOCUL on her Facebook page, I'm not on FB so wouldn't have known. I bought one pouch to test it. I will say I also stopped drinking coffee around the same time and made some changes in my food intake. But I haven't had bad reflux now for a couple of weeks!! I'm almost certain it must be the FOCUL that has had a big impact though so I've subscribed. I'm going to continue taking it and see how things go. I do feel "healed" inside. It's such a relief. Mealtimes feel almost a great relief now as no matter what I ate I used to suffer! If anyone is contemplating FOCUL, all as I can say is go for it. I personally had nothing to lose. The cost, I'll be honest, is quite high, but it's been worth it for me and I do understand the cost covers some of the best ingredients, so it is what it is. Thank you FOCUL 😊
(Forgot to mention, it smells and tastes lovely which is a massive bonus)

Firstly, the product works! I have nothing negative to say there, my only gripe is that having paid for my order it took over a month to arrive. Although the explanation of high demand and suppling those with subscriptions as a priority was made, I think this should have been made clear up front on your website especially in this economic climate.

Reflux much less severe and I have been able to cut down on prescription meds, hopeful that I will be able to cut them out completely.

Great product seems to tick all the boxes. Arrives on time and well packaged. It does what is says on the packet.

Enjoying this product for few months now. Its easy to prep and taste good. It’s part of my daily routine now. And mainly my acid reflux has improved.

Tastes great and does calm the acid. It's a bit on the expensive side though.

I've been taking gut and mind for a month now and everything seems to be settling down.
Fingers crossed that it keeps working.

I've been taking this for 3 weeks.
It took a while for it to be delivered due to supply issues. I contacted them twice whilst I was waiting and received informative responses promptly.
The taste is not fantastic but bearable. I find mixing it with lukewarm water helps to dissolve it better. As yet my silent reflux symptoms remain unchanged and I do not yet feel I can stop or cut down on Omeprazole which was my original reason for buying, however one unexpected benefit has been my sleep. After just 2 doses I started falling asleep more easily and for the first time in over ten years I am not waking up between 2-3 am to pee every night. As a result I do have more energy.
I'm going to persevere and hope that the gastric benefits kick in soon.

Spoke to customer service requesting refund. They are unable to process refund as it’s passed to another team to deal with. Still awaiting refund and response from this team.
The product seems to help with the reflux symptoms but very bad side effects muscle/nerve twitches and diahorrea. (Should also note I have since given up coffee/caffeine and this is also a side effect nerve twitches. Doctors advised to stop taking the supplement if it’s causing these symptoms. I have since stopped for 1 day and noticed the twitches are still comes in waves and mostly when rested at night but the reflux has came back so I can’t win

Update - refund has now been processed. Unsure long term benefits may give it another go once the nerve twitches stop as could be the caffeine rather than this product

I have had acid reflux since I was a teenager, I my mid 50's I was told I needed to take Omoprazole due to ulcers on my esophagus. I was also told I needed to take them for life which I really don't want to do. Focul is the only product that has worked to completely control the acid reflux so much so after the first month I was able to stop taking Omoprazole so 100%success for me

The long wait for delivery wasn’t something I was aware of when ordering .
Noticing some subtle changes but too soon to tell whether truly helpful .

My stomach feels so much better, less bloated! Not quite managed to come off omeprazole yet but I’m very hopeful

Customer Services contacted as I had nearly run out and needed another pack quickly. Had an immediate response from them and was delivered to me within a couple of days. Thank you.

Their subscription management system is very poor and despite multiple attempts to cancel the I have had to resort to blocking it through my bank.The product itself is ok but quite expensive

Using now pretty frequently and am very happy with this Product.

Delivery very good and Subscription available so automatic refills arrive monthly.

I will be restarting Subscription shortly as I have got a little stock in hand at present.

I use my Focul mixed with Alpro Sugar Free Nutty Drink.

I no longer take Omeprazole which I'd been on since a heart bypass in 1998 - although I had queried that Prescription many times with my Doctor. So glad I'm off that medication.
I'm coping very well with FOCUL.
