I ordered two lipsticks: the colors don't match the ones shown on their site at all and they are so weakly tinted that they can't even be compared to a lip gloss. Terrible purchase, don't be fooled!

Je suis étonnée du site. J’avais commandé 2 Hightlighter et j’avais reçu 1 mauvais produit sur les deux. Donc je leurs ai envoyé un mail et la réponse a été rapide et il m’ont offert un produit que je voulais pour régler le souci. J’ai reçu ma commande début février 2023 et le 15 il m’ont envoyé le bon produit. Donc je suis contente de leurs service client.

My order never arrived and there was no response when I asked. Very unserious and unprofessional. No recommendation for this company. Be careful, Scammer

First of all, this company is located in China so it took 3 weeks to get my order. Then they got my order wrong, I saw my order confirmation email. The Born Shine glitter lip gloss is just ok, and definitely not worth anymore than the $9 I paid for each on Black Friday. I emailed company on the order being incorrect and still haven't heard anything. There are better products out there, I won't be ordering again.

I have waited almost a month, a small order. The tracking was not complicated 17track or huahan logistics. They ship with Wish post from China. It went to Korea and after that it flew to the Netherlands and in no time in my letterbox. I received notification from my local courier ( because I have an account with them) I am very pleased with the product . The colour is rich with glitters and gives a cameleon chrome effect I can't wait to try this make-up on tomorrow. They are a honest reliable company. They have answered all my emails and I will be delighted to order again. 😀 And recommend 👌 to my friends and other make-up artists 🎨 ❤️

I absolutely love Focallure products! The prices are very affordable and the quality of the products are not compromised. I recently bought their Tokyo pallette and some lip products and I am inlove with it! The pallete is very pigmented. The lip tints doesn't last too long but the shades are wearable. And not to mention their packaging is really cute! Would definitely buy more in the future 😍

I honestly think this company is a scam. I ordered my items ($60 value) almost two months ago and I still haven’t received my items. They won’t answer dms on Instagram or emails and their shipping information is awful. Once it ships with China post, good luck ever knowing again where your stuff is. I hate that I didn’t check more reviews before purchasing from them. It seems they only send out orders for half their clients and for PR purposes. Do not buy from them, be ware!

Perfect packaging and nice products, I’ve been using their brows pomade for years and it’s amazing! The order was delivered in about two weeks, so not too bad ☺️

The products are terrible quality and they will take your card info without anyway of cancelling the subscription. Yes, literally no way to cancel the subscription. Oh yeah also ship times are horrendous. Reported to the BBB and am in contact with my bank.
