Mr Nelson did fantastic job! Stay the course and I look forward to working with him and your company!

Mila is a fantastic travel agent she goes beyond her way to assist with any situation that comes before her. She went beyond her way to explain my options on making sure I had the right flight while considering a fair price.

Ian Wright was very professional and very knowledgeable of his job. Patient and very informative.

Buying a Biz ticket Has no value since the Lounge is closed and have to hang around in common area - at time if purchase thr website should inform buyers of this or other arrangement should have been made to share lounge with other carrier
I flew fro. Usa with connecting in Delhi had to spend 5-1/2 hrs + delayed flt in common area - better off buying Indigo or AI

The experience was most pleasant, especially because Ivy, the rep who helped me, was thorough and incredibly patient.

Todd was tremendously helpful! I haven't booked travel abroad before and Todd made it easy.

I worked with Raymond K. for business flight tickets just before Xmas. He got me the 4 tickets for my family between Nice and Miami at a great price.

But more than about the price, I was very impressed for the quality of service and the quick time to reply even with the 8 hours difference between Nice and Chicago. Even during the night for Ray, he replied to me !

Impressive price and very impressive service !

I have now my personal travel agent.
