Fantastic service and great flight
Absolutely flawless service for a very last-minute flight from Nassau to Provo. Duncan was cool, calm, and professional—Everything ran smoothly, and the ride in the Pilatus PC-12 was comfortable and we felt safe all the time. Pure comfort and style. Would 100% fly this again without hesitation.

Amazing first experience flying private
Our intro to private flight was top notch. Berk handled our emergency with promptness, great communication, and PATIENCE. Not knowing what to expect once everything was done, I was blown away. From arriving at the hangar to handling baggage, boarding the jet, the flight you felt like a CEO. Upmost care for my parents, checking on us during and after our flight. When I say Berk made our first time flying private smooth, it was. No waiting in line, no TSA, no bullcrap waiting to board. This truly was an experience in to a world of first class flying, relaxation, and overall calm. FlyUSA has shown us that private flying is what we need going forward. Especially with elderly parents, we were in control. Not the airline, not the agents, we were. Definitely worth the investment. Thank you again for an amazing experience and professional handling of our needs.

This was our first charter experience and we were all very happy. Everything went on schedule and every one we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Our pilots, Eddie and Michelle were excellent. I would request them again.

The seat was broken then I was sitting in and the thermostat to control the heat and cool was not working. Very old plane probably should be retired.
