First ever flight with Fly Jinnah.
Check-In Lahore: Check in agents are rather grumpy . A „Welcome to fly Jinnah, a „smile“ and a „Have a nice flight“ would always help to increase satisfaction.
Boarding was fast and efficient.
Seat comfort was fairly good and inflight entertainment on own device is very nice.
I was happy the I received my pre ordered meals despite traveling during Ramadan. Meal was delicious. A little dessert would be nice on the side. Little chocolate or cake.
Cabin crew was friendly , looked very professional in their uniform and had a smile on their face. Way better than other Pakistani Airlines. So it was a very nice journey .
The only negative part was that the baggage handlers opened my checked bag and some items are missing in my bag . But no one at airport felt responsible for it !

I traveled from islamabad to quetta. Flight was re scheduled for 4 times in a single day causing delay of 9 hrs. I had the all time worst experience of my travel history of 26 yrs. will try not to travel through this untrustworthy air line.

They killed us in Ramadan in fasting month my flight from islamabad to Quetta on 21st February, 2026.

I booked through Air Arabia as I had great experience with them in the past, however, as I learnt that I was booked with FlyJinnah, from AirArabia's app, I was a little surprised, but I learnt that AirArabia's Pakistan arm is called FlyJinnah.
I went in hoping the same service I am accustomed to with Air Arabia, however, it became a nightmare. All flights were significantly delayed, and no compensation was paid. Worst was the last flight on 15th February 2026 (Initially booked 14th and was delayed to 15th). The team without even informing me, changed my seat number. I paid extra to booked the seat in the front few rows for a specific reason (leg room, ease of getting out) and I was pushed to row 13th.
When asked, I was told to speak with thew ground staff, which also had no clue, even cabin crew wasn't able to help.
Food was awful. It was acceptable on my way to Pakistan from Sharjah (that flight was also delayed for over 5 hours), however, on my way back, I only managed to took one bite to know that the food is not fresh. It tasted really bad.
I wish I could give -5 stars to FlyJinnah. Awful. Save your money, and time and please fly with someone else.

Recently they have started fights to Faisalabad.
I am thankful and glad to see their route from KHI to LYP.
Occasionally I have experienced some delays due to technical issues on afore-mentioned route.
Meals is last priority.
Our (our means my and my family) main purpose is to fly to our destinations safely and punctually. For this FlyJinnah has given us 4/5 service rating.

This airline has turned travel into a complete nightmare. Almost every single booking I’ve made has either been cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly delayed — and the worst part is there is no prior notification. No email, no SMS, no courtesy call. You only find out when it’s too late.
When you try to contact customer service, instead of helping, they seem trained to avoid responsibility. I’ve repeatedly been told things like “your payment was incomplete” or “you cancelled the booking yourself” — which is absolutely untrue. It feels like scripted excuses to shift blame onto the customer rather than solving the issue.
Other major concerns:
Zero transparency regarding schedule changes
Long hold times with unhelpful support staff
No accountability or clear explanation for disruptions
Refunds and compensation processes are unclear and delayed
No empathy for passengers who miss connections, business meetings, or family events
Flights are not just tickets — they involve hotel bookings, business commitments, family plans, and connecting travel. This airline shows complete disregard for passengers’ time, money, and trust.
Travel should be about reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this airline delivers neither.
I strongly advise anyone considering booking to think twice and be prepared for last-minute surprises and unnecessary stress.

FlyJinnah- a modern and flexible flying experience!
FlyJinnah is a great entrant into the aviation industry in Pakistan. I love travelling on it because of:
1. Flexibility of options
2. Generous air miles
3. Young, energetic crew
4. Newer, cleaner planes
I do however want them to improve check in experience for regular clients like me with preferential welcome for Air Reward holders as well as improve evening departure times of flights that are increasingly delayed by 2-3 hours.

I recently had a distressing experience while traveling with this airline from Jeddah to Karachi. The airline mishandled my luggage, and I only received it seven days later. Throughout this period, there was a complete lack of a tracking system, and despite lodging a formal complaint, I received no updates.
The airline staff were uninformed and could not confirm whether my baggage had even arrived. Consequently, I was forced to visit the airport daily to follow up in person. When I finally located my luggage, it was stored in a cramped room overflowing with bags; I had to manually search through the stacks myself to find it.
To date, I have received no apology or follow-up from the airline regarding this negligence. Due to the lack of support and poor management, I cannot recommend this airline to others

I mostly take fly Jinnah for domestic travel. Issue is that when i purchased seats online as per my own choice. Passenger come with different seat numbers ask to change the seat as they want to sit together mostly this happen with passenger who are with families. Travel agent booked the flight and don't inform about seat selection, which create an arguments between passengers. This is main issue as Islamic country ladies don't want to sit with male. This last time i have experienced from flight Sialkot to Karachi on 9 feb 12 pm.

I travelled first time through Fly Jinnah from Lahore Airport, Pakistan, and my experience was very bad.
Firstly, the staff (Miss. Samina) at the weighing counter was very rude and didn't have basic ethics how to talk and explain with the passengers.
Secondly, no one informed me while booking the ticket that I have to purchase the food in the plane. The food was very expensive and very low in quality and quantity.
The travel agent recommended fly jinnah otherwise in the same price, I could avail any other airline with better services and food.

They left our baggage at Sharjah Airport on Sharjah to Islamabad flight.
When complained at Islamabad airport about our baggage missing they said they will call and arrange delivery when the baggage arrive.
3 days passed we checked at Sharjah airport again they said its already delivered to Islamabad.
Fly Jinnah management at Islamabad did not even bother to inform customers about their baggage arrival. Total disappointment!!
