Recently we’ve met very difficult situation with our connected flights (first flight was delayed significantly and we missed the next). The attempt to resolve the situation with the company carrier was totally unsuccessful. Without any hope we called to Flyhacks.. Many thanks for you responsibility, respectful and understanding attitude to your clients! The representative of the team Air Support Ilya Osadchiy resolved everything very quickly and professionally! Your company and the team are really worthy the trust of your clients!!!

Needed QR codes for my flights so I didn’t need to print my boarding passes and Ruslana from Air support emailed straight back and sent me them. No wasting paper :) thanks.

CE a mai urata experienta! Am cumparat bilete de avion cu Flyhacks sevilla milano milano bucuresti. Am plecat din sevilla . Am ajuns la Milano. Cand am ajuns in Milano mi s a spus caci zborul meu a fost anulat de pe 1 octombrie pe 30 septembrie . Nimeni ni m a anunțat de aceasta schimbare . Ajunse în aeroport cei de la Rayanair mi au spus caci ei au anunțat compania Flyhacks de anularea zborului dar vinovati sunt cei de la Flyhacks deoarece nu ne au anunțat de anularea zborului. Ajunse în Milano am contactat compania Flyhacks care de la 18h deabea ne au băgat în seamă pe la 21h. Asa caci am rămas în aeroport o noapte si o zi pana la primul zbor spre Bucuresti care ni l am cumparat tot din banii nostri, pt ca cum Flyhacks nu ne au răspuns la telefon eram disperate si am fost nevoite să cumpărăm alte bilete pentru a ajunge în Bucuresti.

Schedule changes can happen while travelling with any airline, but we are doing our best to minimize negative impact of that. Unfortunately Ryanair hasn't notivied us about changes in your flight that is why we were too late to help you. We have already claimed the refund for your distrupted flight from the airline - soon the money will be back on your card.
We are really sorry that your experience was so unpleasant but we will be delighted to have you as a client in future.

Dårlig og uforståeligt engelsk
Dårlig og uforståeligt engelsk, fik ikke boardingkort med i mailen og ringede flere gange til dem for at få det på plads, men måtte til sidst købe ved Ryan air 110 euro, efter boarding kom så en mail med boardingkort, men alt for sent 😣.

I have reviewed your case and as I see we have sent you your boarding passes immediately after you've provided us with nessecary data for check-in in the morning. And also we have resent them by your request twice. That's really strange and unfortunate that they haven't arrived:( We hope that you had a safe flight and that you will give us a new chance so we prove that we are the company worth using.
