Flyachilles Recenzje

Loved the unique lighting offerings. The prices seemed reasonable - and I’m excited to see the lights I purchased. The only thing that bugged me is that I couldn’t use a discount code on a bundle purchase.

Order process was smooth. Delivery time was reasonable. Product was very well-designed and well-made. The instruction sheet was a poor copy. It was useable, but easily could have been better done.

The website, delivery process was smooth, and quick. I enjoy the ambient lighting provided by the "Flyachilles" light purchase.

So far the team has been very responsive to my communication. And I'm made to feel confident that my order is being handled with great care and attention to making sure it gets delivered in a timely manner.

Haven’t received product.

Love it! I ordered the seagull shaped outdoor light for a memorial garden I am creating on the ocean's edge. I love the symbolism of it, the whimsy, but I am also really impressed by the excellent quality of the piece. It's beautiful. Thank you.

First of all I just want to say that you all have incredible modern lighting options and choices within those options. I really like how easy you all have made the experience and also the timeliness of delivery on previous orders. Thank you and I can not wait to get all my light up on all my commercial properties. These lights are going to be key factor in the presentation of my properties. THANK YOU!

I hae not received my order at this time

The experience was overall positive, but I chose PayPal but the site would not accept this form of payment.

Easy to use. Lots of info on the pages.

Website was easy to use, gave a very good visual and physical description of the item and the various size options available.

All good except one fixture has grey mark on it and needs to be replaced? Please advise on how to go about this issue?

Kept informed of the shipping, good communication

Very helpful customer service

We have been extremely impressed with the quality of products provided by Flyachilles. Their fixtures are well-designed, reliable, and built with exceptional craftsmanship. The light output, finish quality, and overall performance consistently exceed expectations.

In addition to offering great products, their customer service has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its products and maintains such high standards.

We highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium lighting solutions, excellent quality, and dependable service. We look forward to continuing to use their products on future projects.

I liked the products, images and specs. The one issue I had was selecting a down rod color. I easily selected the size, but was never able to select the color I needed. I completed the order on a mobile phone. I emailed the customer service link immediately after ordering to notify them of of the down rod issue.

Your style was exactly what we were looking for. We will be purchasing more!

Information about the product was very helpful

Appears to be an excellent price and website was easy to navigate. I will know more once the fan is received. The only thing I did not realize is that my credit card was an an international (Asia) transaction which explains the long time to process order at 7 to 10 days before shipping..

The website was easy to navigate and the checkout was straightforward
