Fly Business Recenzje

Dedicated customer representative. I was very comfortable since the company has an A+ BBB rating. Unfortunately, there are a lot of scams out there, so the BBB rating is very important

Patrick Evans was friendly and professional.

Great service provided by Carter Morris given we had a complicated itinerary with very inflexible date options. He was patient through through and made sure we got what we were looking for.

Thank You.

Lightning fast, polite help with a question!

Maybe they must be more Honest at what they are selling upfront!!

Ian provided outstanding service and truly went above and beyond to secure the best possible flights and fare for us. He carefully explained the risks associated with some alternative booking options without ever criticizing his competition. His approach was honest, respectful, and focused entirely on helping us avoid potential problems. I really appreciated his professionalism and guidance.

KATELYN BLOOM She did alot in helping me get what i needed. She is what i call TOP SHELF....thanks again Katelyn for all your help

Excellent communication and customer service by Jeff Green

William was wonderful to work with. He took care of securing the airline I needed with multiple cities

very helpful booking agent

This was a great experience as I could not believe in the first place that this is too good to be true but it is.
Although, I did not get the price for the business class as advertised but that's normal. The bottom line is I have saved over $1,150.00 then airlines and other travel agents advertised fare.
Really happy to work with AVA Benson

This was a new experience for us to use Fly Business and the travel agent assigned to us: Cayden Downton was truly exceptional. Service and advice was perfect and we will definitely use this company again due to Cayden. It was a great experience. I don't usually give 5 star reviews but this one was truly deserved.

Tanner was my agent. He was excellent. Went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone. The prices are high, but that’s not his fault.😂 It’s just so expensive to travel by any means you choose. Tanner worked diligently to get the price down. I recommend him to everyone!

Wayne Collin’s is an excellent agent trying make sure our needs were met. He is kind and helpful in his approach.

I was contacted by Justin Brooks shortly after placing an inquiry regarding a flight from San Diego/Los Angeles to Tokyo. He sent me options from San Diego, Los Angeles and other Southern California airports. I ended up settling on non-stop flying ANA outbound and returning on United. The price was lower than my searches showed. My sister told me that I should get a price quote before deciding to book on my own. Glad I did!

There is a lot of backwards and forwards calls that have to occur when using the service however, in the long run, it is worth it due to the savings 1 can achieve. I think what the company does well is they have customer service reps who are able to maintain their professionalism, even when customers may be inpatient as I did because of the multiple phone calls and then it was reported that a flight had been canceled and so we had to start over with a new transaction. Now that I understand better, how the process works. I will certainly use them again I have four or five more trips that I am planning over the next two years to go to Africa and I will certainly be utilizing this service. A special call out to my associate Kunika Sharma who was extremely patient and accommodating.

Mr. Collins was determined and conscientious about getting us the best price on the chosen dates.
