Having placed my order late mid March, I’m still waiting and it now approaching May. This was ordered for a 70th birthday gift which has long past. The tracking information seems to bare no relation to the actual whereabouts of my flute. Highly disappointed.

Product took quite a while to arrive, and it unfortunately arrived broken. But upon contacting the service, they replaced the product with a functional one as quickly as possible, and it is of genuine high quality. Mistakes happen, but how companies correct them is most important.

After reading all the bad reviews I was a little worried, so I contacted the owner of the company. As far as I can say I got a very friendly answer. He explained to me, that he is recovering from illness. I got my Shakuhachi a few days later and I am very pleased to play this instrument from now on.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had buying online. I already expected the flute to be shipped later than promised ("within 24 hours" - sure) due to the reviews here. But after nine days with no info at all even when I contacted them, I got a bit worried that maybe the item wasn't in stock at all (as it was sold out at the manufacturer's website). I finally threatened to contact my bank for a refund, and the flute was shipped on the same day. So I assume it was available the entire time and it would have been possible to ship it in time, they just didn't care to. There still was no reply, and of course no apology, I just received the shipping notification. No effort went into packaging, it was just the loose flute box in the parcel. They forgot to send the second item I ordered, and I was at this point too fed up to even contact them about it because I "only" lost 5€ - at least the flute arrived. All in all, I feel like the owners of this shop just don't care - about anything. They don't care about polite messages, they don't care about desparate ones, they don't care about bad reviews, they don't care to tell the truth on their website, they don't care to put any effort into shipping, let alone maybe making buying an instrument the nice experience it should be. They don't care about their costumers. Not at all what I would expect when buying from a small business in a niche market, who are usually a bit more passionate about what they sell... Next time, I'd rather buy from the UK and pay for the expensive shipping.

Tin Whistle gekauft um Dezember (war nicht auf Lager - Wartezeit 30Tage war ok). Nachdem die Ware wieder verfügbar war, erfolgte weder ein Versand, noch wurde auf Mails reagiert. Gut, dass die Bezahlung über Paypal erfolgt ist, so habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen.

The seller should put more effort into communicating with customers. Also, if it says delivery within 24 hours, that should be respected, instead of the purchased item being sent for delivery only after 7 days. Overall, as far as the flute is concerned, there are no complaints at all — it's top-notch. Seller, if you're reading this, work on your communication with customers and you'll be an excellent seller with great ratings.

ARNAQUE!!!!! Ils se font appeler fluteshop, ocarina king, flutewinkel... j'ai acheté un ocarina chez eux, et je ne l'ai jamais reçu!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Faites fermer ce site!!!!!!! N'allez même pas le visiter, ou vous saurez ce qui vous attend!

Eerst de goede ervaring. De bestelling is goed verpakt aangekomen. Het bestelde (High Spirits fluit) is van goede kwaliteit. Ik ben er heel blij mee.
Minder goed is: De belofte van snelle levering wordt niet nagekomen. Op zondag besteld voor verzending naar België. Pas op zaterdag ontvangen. De site geeft aan dat men altijd contact mag opnemen. Inderdaad, maar dat is eenzijdig. Telefoon en mail wordt niet beantwoord. Uiteindelijk, nadat ik via mail vriendelijk mijn geld terug vroeg werd de fluit op vrijdag (gisteren) verzonden en was ze vandaag zaterdag in huis.
De laatste reviews op de site zijn van 2021 en kloppen duidelijk niet meer met de huidige toestand.
Communicatie en verzending kan beter.

Ich wollte meinen Kauf widerrufen, bekam aber keine Mailbestätigung darüber. Erst kurz vor Verstreichen meienr Rückgabefrist und meiner 4ten Mail an 2 Mailadressen die dort angegeben waren, kam endlich eine Reaktion. Leider alles andere als zuvorkommend. Kurz, knapp ohne Äußerung: Nur diese Sätze: Hi, wir vergeben keine Rücksendelabel, das muss der Kunde selbst machen. Wie ist die Ordernummer. Gruß...Dieser Wortlaut war mir zuviel. Es gab also eine pampige und viel zu späte Reaktion auf mein Anliegen. Null Erwähnung, warum sie ihre Mails nicht bzw. So selten lesen.Null Erwähnung, dass sie mir meinen Widerruf bestätigen. Eigentlich hätte ich gern eine Flöte dort gekauft, statt der Ocarina, doch davon werde ich nun ablassen, wer also eine Reklamation hat oder etwas zurückgeben möchte, sei gewarnt. Informative und zeitnahe Antworten zu erhalten absoluter Fehlschlag. Ich bekam jedenfalls nichts von dem. Freundliche Kundenbetreuung kenne ich anders. Ich wage es nicht, wieder Mails ins Leere zu schicken. Tja. Hat wohl einen Grund, weshalb sie insgesamt so eine schlechte Shopbewertung erhalten haben.

kam gut verpackt an und klingt sehr schön. Danke !

Bestellte eine 1.1er Shakuhachi aus Holz. Qualität der Flöte, vor allem des Klangs waren mangelhaft, obwohl ich das Instrument seit drei Jahren spiele, entsprachen zudem überhaupt nicht dem Hörbeispiel auf der Homepage. Ich schrieb dem Verkäufer, der mich zur Rücksendung aufforderte. Dies tat ich für 20 Euro über DHL. Das Paket sei dann, so der Verkäufer, nicht bei ihm angekommen und er habe keinen Abholschein mit Abholstation erhalten. Die Post hat dann zwei weitere Male versucht, zu liefern, den Verkäufer aber nie angetroffen, weswegen das Paket letztlich für 10 Euro Rücksendungskosten zu mir zurückkam. DHL konnte sich auf die Sache keinen Reim machen, der Verkäufer schob es dann auf PostNL. Ein letzter Vorschlag von mir, das Paket noch einmal zu senden, diesmal aber, nachdem mir der Verkäufer die Sendungskosten vorab per PayPal überweist, wurde komplett ignoriert. Das ganze wirkt nun unseriös auf mich. Der Verkäufer scheint auf jeden Cent angewiesen zu sein … Nie wieder kaufe ich hier ein.

Website says that orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped same day, but it took them 3 days to send it, emails and calls aren't answered. Not a scam, just a bad merchant.

Empoche l'argent mais n'expédie jamais les commandes! Inutile d'espérer entrer en contact avec le vendeur, il ne répondra jamais!
