Fantastic service, i was able to obtain the new Edward Snowdon book using the flubit points which was a breeze to buy and it meant i got 20% discount. I had to check again because it was so simple but yep everything worked fine truly impressed.

I used to love Flubit. I receently learnt about being able to save money by buying and paying in Flubit's own 'currency'. However this is so problematic it's painful. Firstly I tried to sign up for their Elite membership. Every time I try I get 'Your card was declined'. This happens for every card I try to use. Outside of Flubit, my cards are fine. Also their knowledgeable needs to be updated. The pricing stated on their still reflects the old Elite pricing from years ago. Lastly, whenever I have called them, a reception answers and cannot help me, but takes my name and number to have someone call me back, which never happens. Does this company want to exist? The prices are very attractive, however the whole end user process is broken. I hope someone out there is listening or reading this.

Good option, points system working very well

I was really impressed with Flubit. The item I purchased was 20% cheaper than on Amazon, and it arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged.

The reason I am giving a 4-star review and not 5-star is because I had some difficulty getting my Flubit points. This took about 2 days, compared the the 5 minutes that they advertise on their website.

Flubit customer support (Mohammed) was very helpful and the points did come in the end. But as I had not used Flubit before I spent most of those pointless 2 days wondering if I had made a mistake using Flubit at all. I still don't know why it took so long, and although I eventually received the points I never received a confirmatory e-mail, but just found them by refreshing my Flubit account points page.

But as I say, in the end it all worked out and I made a great purchase at a great price.

I have used flubit a couple of times recently (and more times in the past/ the old website). I've found some prices to be cheaper than Amazon and delivery to be quick.

I was sceptical as the product was so much cheaper than elsewhere and I had problems both entering my address and submitting a query on my computer. I ended up ordering on my mobile in the end and it went through fine. Item was delivered quickly and exactly as expected

Flubit did not check the details of the product they sold to me, my order was cancelled by the supplier, as the description was wrong. Even though I was getting updates from Flubit that it was being processed.
No responsibility from Flubit to sort this out, seem like the customer has to remind them of how a transaction works and to this day I have not received a refund with no follow up from a company who had my money, couldn't honour an online transaction and last communication was to fill out a form so they would look into how I paid and if a refund would be issued.
Not a normal way of doing business!

Second time i have used these.It is the first time i have used points to buy.The only problem was it took 3 hours for my purchased points to be added but if you reflect on the savings i have made theirs no problem.I will continue to use Flubit regularly.

My only problem was it wouldn't let me order over £300 worth of points so I had to order the points twice individually, not a big problem at all though.

Done a bit of research before making a small purchase as a tester. Some items are a lot cheaper than elsewhere. Bit of a strange concept on buying points to buy the item. A little concerned when the post code finder couldn't find my address or delivery address (signs of a bad/dodgy retailer), but other than that so far so good. Let's see how delivery goes and the quality of the item.

A few hickups with initial payment when buying bitcons but got there in the end. Will leave 2nd review when I get the product but if it's as its supposed to be then using Flubit would save me £20 (18%) and then by using bitcon's I've just saved myself £40 (36%) on a brand new cement mixer, I couldn't buy a second hand one on Ebay for this price, and this is including delivery!

Their prices are generally good, some market-beating but others are still higher than you can find by doing some quick searching online. The product selection is a little erratic which can be frustrating and each item is potentially dispatched as an individual order as they are essentially a broker for "hidden" merchants, which - depending on your point of view - could be a bit disconcerting. It also means it's hard to get a good idea of when your delivery(ies) will arrive. There are options to change these where possible, usually the default is a free option and you can choose a faster delivery for a small cost - again, all down to the individual merchants "behind the curtain".
On top of largely competitive prices they have an offer for discounted prices if you buy into their parent company's MUE cryptocurrency to make your payment - great idea but I have had to wait 8 days to actually make my purchase, due to various technical issues. A major problem is that the amount of points required to complete the purchase fluctuates on roughly 5-40 mins basis, as it tracks the cryptocurrency's value. A technical delay in adding my points (the information at point of sale stated a mximum of 5 minutes to recieve the points) meant that by the time the points reached my account, I had too few to complete the transaction. Eventually they added more for me but another technical problem meant that I couldn't checkout.
I like the idea of embracing a new approach to currency, especially if it means saving 20% on already good prices, but I am not convinced their approach is right just yet.
However, I must say that the support I have recieved has been great and each time I was dealing with the same person (Mohammed - a fine example of how to support customers online!) so I didn't have to keep explaining my issue over and over and it was clear that he was invested in solving the problem.
Eventually the stars aligned and I was able to make my purchase using the points, although I can't help but feel a little frustrated that the items would have arrived by now had I been able to make the purchase at the first attempt.
They make a point of stating that millions of their prices are cheaper than Amazon but the cost is that the customer journey is nowhere near as convenient nor as refined. I hope they can learn from the mistakes and improve that side of things to increase their customer base. As things stand - if you like a bargain and have good reserves of both time and patience, give them a go.

Pretty good, great prices. Had a small issue with my first order which apparently wasn't passed on to the seller.

First time using flubit having seen a small item that I wanted and found it advertised as cheaper than Amazon on Flubit.com. Item advertised at 20% cheaper on top if using flubit coins.
Bought coins on a Monday evening, received an email confirming Flubit account opened but no coins arrived in account. Account eventually credited on Thursday after 2 emails with customer service. By this time the cost of the item had increased so no longer had sufficient coins. Eventually decided reluctantly to top up coins as wanted to use balance in account.
Impressed with the concept of Flubit but unfortunately my own experience was frustrating. I hadn’t realised at the outset that the value of goods flex so the delay in crediting the coins resulted in additional cost. Customer service (via email) responsive and polite.

Excellent service, good price books, highly recommend.
