Worst customer service I have ever received from a company in my entire life.
Decent but overpriced product, couldn't buy a gotoh as the backlog at the time was too great. The customer service is really where things start to get awful. The routing and measurement diagrams of the tremolo honest to god could have been done by a couple of junior high students. Using units of measurement no one uses to actually build anything, as well as lacking critically important measurements. After repeatedly not answering my online queries sent to them in their contact forum on their website, I had to call them. I live outside the U.S, so I had to pay to call them to answer a question I had about their faulty diagram. Worst part is the measurement the employee gave me on the phone was incorrect. And now the trem route has to be adjusted for it to sit right in the cavity. Absolutely unbelievable, what an awful company to deal with when making anything with their parts.
