Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I recently booked a 60-minute Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) session and a 30-minute Micro-circulation session at Flow Well in Stockport, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

As someone who had never tried either treatment before, I was naturally a little apprehensive. I'd read about the benefits of HBOT and was keen to see what it was like for myself. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. The gentlemen running the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the science behind both treatments, what I could expect, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

The clinic itself was spotless, calm, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Both treatments were enjoyable, but the Micro-circulation session was the biggest surprise for me. I'd almost decided not to book it because I assumed it would just be 30 minutes lying on a vibrating bed. I couldn't have been more wrong! It was far more sophisticated than I expected, and afterwards I genuinely felt as though every muscle in my body had been gently massaged. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with a real sense of wellbeing.

The only slight downside was the parking. There is on-street parking available, but it required me to download an app to pay, which was a little inconvenient. I was also told there was free parking a little further away, but as I wasn't familiar with the area, I opted for the closer option. That said, it certainly wouldn't put me off returning.

Overall, this was an excellent first experience with both therapies, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flow Well to anyone who's curious about trying them. If you're considering booking, I'd definitely say go for it—you'll be in safe, knowledgeable hands.

I had an excellent massage and left feeling completely relaxed. Staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to understand the areas where I was experiencing tension. The pressure was just right, and they checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable.

Great clinic and Ross is extremely helpful.
The HBOT is very spacious and comfortable.
Will definitely be returning.

Very knowledgeable & helpful person who was there to welcome me & explain the treatments . The hyper baric oxygen therapy was great & I felt really relaxed through it . The vasotherapy I received afterwards was amazing , it was great having my circulation stimulated . I was very impressed and booked a course when I had finished .

Today I visited FlowWell, I travelled from Poynton so not that far at all, The experience was fantastic! The owner ( Sorry cant remember his name) was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the treatment. The treatment I received was amazing and I would recommend this to anyone looking to relieve muscle tension, soreness or just to get rid of those niggles that hinder our everyday life . First class experience. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and advised what to expect.
I had travelled from Sale for the appointment and the directions were perfect.
This was the first time I had been for the vasotherapy treatment, but it certainly will not be the last.
Excellent service all round

Excellent care , help and attention to detail, dont hesitate to get help you need here hbot is proven to help people for may conditions along with vasotherapy , such understanding just be good if possible to have treatments in separate area for privacy, parking is difficult and found after hbot oxygen therapy fumes driving home were not good and want to keep oxygen levels for as long as possible after treatment, thankyou for ur help and support

When you come out of there, you're a different person

I was very interested in the medical benefits of the Hyperbaric Chamber and they were explained perfectly to me and the calm, expert approach really made the hour long session feel so much quicker. I then followed it up with a 30 minute Microcirculation to ease the aching shoulders and legs and It absolutely did that. The numbing, nagging pain that seemed to always be there has gone. I know it won't last forever so I'll be back again soon for both sessions.

Pleasant atmosphere met professionally not rushed everything explained in detail. The actual experience wasn't daunting concerning and felt my condition was improved afterwards. I went in relation to lymphatic drainage though feel it has helped my sciatica too only time will tell.

90 min hbot therapy at flow well. Relaxing therapy. How everything was going to work was explained in detail and because of this I felt safe and informed. Communication was there at all times. Not sure the treatment was for me but glad I tried it. Probably give this a miss if you have any ear problems. If unsure give them a ring the service is great

The therapy really helped with my muscle tension. Shoulder and upper back pain that’s been going on for several weeks instantly improved with the HBOT & microcirculation. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been to Flow well twice now. I’ve used the hyperbaric chamber and the massage table. Both excellent! I got a real energy boost from the hyperbaric chamber that lasted for days and the massage feels great. I look forward to going back.

Even better experience the second time. Because I knew what to expect I think I got even more out of the session the second time.
I have arthritis in my right knee which is the main thing I was going for. After the vasotherapy it immediately feels so much better and based on the first time I had less swell in the joint for days afterwards.
The hyperbaric chamber was a first for me but it is surprisingly relaxing. Beyond a slight euphoria from breathing pure oxygen for an hour I didn't feel any immediate effects but I know it is supposed to help with inflammation
