Flow Sports Technology Recenzje 

Ordered the flow elite massage gun which only worked properly for a few months. I contacted customer service and was told to send the device back to get it fixed. According to DHL the package arrived on the 08.01.2026, but I haven't gotten a single reply to any of my messages since. I have neither gotten my money nor my massage gun back. I thought this was a legit company and am shocked that I seem to have lost my money to this company.

Meine Schwester hat die nächstgrößere Ausgabe mit Vibrationsfunktion, und wir sind beide total begeistert von der Massagepistole. Jetzt habe ich die Nano zu Weihnachten bekommen, die ich an sich super finde. Sie ist schön leicht, sie hat gut Power dafür, dass sie so klein ist, und auch die Wärmefunktion finde ich toll.

Allerdings geht sie nach 15 Minuten Nutzung einfach aus. Die Akkulaufzeit soll eigentlich drei Stunden betragen! Also haben wir alle mehrfach versucht bei der Firma anzurufen - man kommt gar nicht erst durch. Die Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben. SERIÖS IST ANDERS.
Ich würde das Gerät zumindest gerne einmal umtauschen und schauen, ob die Akkulaufzeit bei anderen MP drei Stunden funktioniert. Dann würde ich sie auch gerne behalten. Bei 15 Minuten Laufzeit lohnt es sich allerdings nicht. Wie soll das denn weitergehen? Nach drei Monaten nur noch 5 Minuten und dann kaputt? Dafür kostet sie eindeutig zu viel.
Falls auf die E-Mails geantwortet wird, schreibe ich gerne eine Update. Ab diesem Punkt aber - KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG von meiner Seite.

Because of a battery charge faillure I have tried many times to get in contact with Flow Sport Technology since 9th of March via info-flowrecovery and support-flowsportstech. However no response at all. Even tried 'James' which I found in the previous reviews on Trustpilot, but so far also no response at all. I would like to know if the battery can be replaced so I don't have to throw away my mini flow massage gun. It's quit simple to remove the battery, but I need a new one for replacement.

I received a flow mini some time ago as a gift, it has been fantastic in helping my recovery from bike races. Unfortunately, it has stopped working, I've tried time and time again to contact flow in the UK to no avail. if you use the online chat, it just says 'connecting you with someone now', well that someone must be on holiday as no-one ever answers, same with the emails I've sent. This is a real shame as all i want is to find out if i can get it repaired rather than throw it away. I don't have the paperwork anymore and am quite happy to pay myself . 5 stars for when it worked, 1 star for customer support.

Wenn die Produkte funktionieren, super. Jedoch funktioniert unsere Massagepistole von heute auf morgen nicht mehr. Die auf der Homepage angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Daher raten wir dringend ab Produkte dieser Marke zu kaufen.

The Nano packs a punch for its size. Super powerful and quiet. It looks great on the eye and the packaging is superb. Comes with a carry pouch which is convenient for keeping all the Flow Heads in when going to the gym. Service and delivery were 10/10. Highly recommend!!

Really impressive, super lightweight and surprisingly powerful. Unlike other massage guns, it’s compact. Honestly worth the money!

Flow Nano - Brilliant little device that packs a decent amount of punch in terms of massage guns, really easy to use, easily packed away for on the go usage. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic products. Their guns (not biceps 😂) are very good (powerful and quiet) but what really sets them apart is the quality of the heads. They're a cut above the normal ones you get. The "big soft" and "wedge" are fantastic. Highly recommended. Great company too!

Great initial sales service... however 2 months down the line my flow mini quit working. Reported the problem to Flowsports more than a week ago via email and still no response. They are also not answering their phone line.

My advise.. steer clear of this company & brand, invest elsewhere.

One of the best percussion devices I have ever used. Having worked in professional sport and a variety of injury clinics I've seen and used other devices. This STANDS out by a country mile. Its light, runs for a long time, players and clients love it and is one of the best investments I have made.

I swear by the flow mini as part of My recovery, it’s an absolute dream. 10/10 for the product and also the customer service! Hats off to you guys 👌🏻💪🏼

I bought Flow Mini after having my baby as was suffering massively with back aches and pains. I can honestly say it has reduced my pain massively and I’m so so happy with it! I might have to buy another one for my boyfriend as he keeps using it too!
I would 100% recommend to any new Mums suffering with their backs! Absolute life saver 😍

The device itself is poorly made, it feels cheap and plastic and no where near as quiet as they claim.

I am a physio and have used a hypervolt in the past but have experienced nothing but bother with it, the flow has great build quality, is quiet and hasn't given me any issues at all. Recommended.

Product is brilliant, I do a lot of heavy weight training and compete in Strongman events so amazing for recovery! Initially gun was a minor issue but James was absolutely superb via email and replaced straight away. Honestly never had customer service so trust worthy and efficient! Could not praise James enough.

Flow sports has provided me with an outstanding product and incredible customer service.....I LOVE the Flow massage gun!! I did have a very minor issue with it but James looked after the issue and made sure the customer was treated fairly.....Flow replaced the gun in short order......I can't say enough about how impressed I am with James and Flow Sports Technology! I highly recommend this Company as they make a GREAT product and provide super customer service! Thank you FLOW.
