The team at Flowout did an excellent job bringing a complex website design to life on a tight timeline. Turnaround was fast, the team was super collaborative throughout the process, and the pricing was competitive. They were also helpful in working with us to make sure we could make changes ourselves - both during and after the initial development process. We’re very happy with the process and would work with them again.

Flowout was a key partner in the development of our new LUIH website. From the beginning, their team demonstrated a strong combination of design expertise, technical execution, and proactive communication.

Not great communication in terms of project management. We used an hourly package and it was a black box in terms of knowing what was used and when things would be done by unless we asked, and even then answers were non committal.

They have a dashboard for comms which has section showing hours used etc. but they don't utilise this.

The end result for us was we were left with an incomplete site we had to finish ourselves which we don't mind its just having more visibility allows us to make more informed decisions.

They obviously can produce good webflow sites but the experience we had and what we felt was that we were not important to them as we were not a high value retainer client which is fair enough.

Flowout, the parent company of Linguana (check their reviews). Doesn't care about their customers at all. Once you buy their product, the "priority" support is non-functional. I've been trying to get a simple issue fixed for me to be able to use the software after paying months of subscription but there has been 0 effort from their side to provide any kind of help
