As of right now, I would not recommend Flowlu to anyone. Every time I need support, I am left without a reply for days and even weeks. When I finally get in touch with someone, there's a back-and-forth email that lasts for months, and then, just when we are about to solve the problem, they transfer my case to someone else without even telling me, and we have to start all over again. Can you imagine the frustration? Something that can be solved in one simple Zoom meeting (which I am willing to pay for by the way), takes months to solve; meanwhile, I lose time, money, and effort. I would not want this bad experience for anyone.

Task management is super handy, found myself switching between Kanban view for teamwork and to-do list for personal tasks. Automating parts of my workflow helped to move things across the board quicker.
Can't yet decide which projects are more useful for me - classic or Agile ones. It's good to have both options I guess.
Didn't use the finances that often, have some other tools for that, but I liked the online invoicing part.
Will probably update this review in the future.

The email function is working with a 1-2 hour delay, but I am paying for the package where updates should be every 5 minutes. The support team promised me they would resolve this problem six months ago. The problem was not resolved.

Terrible customer service. Everything self service . Sometimes it will take 2 days to get a response from customer service to help you on an issue. I’m looking to jump ship now.

I had been using Flowlu almost since their launch and I went through a lot of updates and changes of Flowlu. I'm really glad to see that Flowlu grows together with my business and they're still on the float! I mostly use just a CRM module and PM module, and task management ofc, because it's integrated with my project and CRM. All my team loves Flowlu a lot.

We started to use Flowlu a half of a year ago and it's one of the best apps for project management, especially if you're working according to scrum or agile. Our team mostly works with the Agile module, but we also enjoy integrations with email services and Slack. I really love that there are lots of project management tools and automations, so you can streamline some regular management to-dos. Hope they'll add more features to the Agile module in the feature, because it's a banger!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Horrible company to deal with! Almost none existing customer service in UK and they simply don't care about anything but your money. AVOID AT ALL COST. Much better software out there anyway!🤬

Whilst I absolutely loved using Flowlu, they delete your accounts with no warning if you do not login within a certain time frame.
This happened once and I lost all my SOP’s, I contacted them to ask why and they claimed I would have been sent 2 reminder emails letting me know my account would close if I didn’t use it. I received no emails.
I made a second account weeks later to test if the same thing would happen again, and no surprise, it did! No emails warning me. I received marketing emails one day, 2 days later ‘your account has been deleted’
When I emailed them the first time they clearly could not care less. I’ll never try Flowlu again after this experience. Terrible practices and terrible customer service.

Not happy with Flowlu after they added features (that don't incur 3rd-party expenses) and removed them from the lower tiers (after promising otherwise). When they did so, there was no upgrade path to get the features other than monthly sub.
Now, I don't care too much about those features, and I find Flowlu to be a complete mess of a UI and a horrible UX. They promised improvements and I thought maybe they'd spend some time fixing the UI, but nope. They just added more and more features (and then charged for them).
That said, it's fairly functional software. Lots of features. Too many features for them to maintain and tie together properly, but lots. It's often slow as molasses.
Just my 2C. I went from a supporter to ... let's just say "not-a-fan".
The nail in the coffin (today) is that there is ZERO copy about the new limitations for lower tiers on the Flowlu/Appsumo Last Call page. So, people will buy the software and then later find out it's limited. Classy.
The Flowlu pricing/tier/features section of the website itself has been changed (features removed from the professional plan) that were originally offered when the earlier Flowlu Lifetime Deals were offered.
There is an additional 6 appsumo tiers in the backend of Flowlu with reduced features per tier that was never there in the earlier Flowlu lifetime appsumo deals. You won't know about this looking at the Appsumo lifetime deal page, thinking you were really being offered the 'professional plan'.
They have introduced new features/modules that have now been made available only on the enterprise plans: Budgeting module is one example, Formula Fields module is another, and the company structure and company departments is no longer available on professional plan (at the earlier lifetime appsumo deals these were considered to be included on the professional plan) when released.

We unfortunately closed our business and on the day of the renewal we asked to cancel our subscription. We were told (after more than a week!) that it's not possible! One year subscription wasted. Be careful!

I am a startup with a big growth plan in UK. I was looking for a viable platform that would make my business more profitable and easier to run and manage meet my requirements for a very long time. Some platforms offer similar functions to Flowlu or maybe more but Flowlu differs in speed, performance and overall product quality. I am implementing and testing the platform now in several companies that I run and so far it still works perfectly and the functions are very well organised and time saving.
This is what I as an entrepreneur need. I hope to have a long lasting professional collaboration with Flowlu

After testing a lot of software, finally a complete and working solution, with super active customer support. A little difficult to use at first, but it is also normal considering all the features it has available!
took me a while to get stuck into Flowlu, as its claim to replace practically everything within my busines (project management + business management, CRM, messenger etc) made it a little scary to get started. But once inside, it’s easy to make your way around. The onboarding/tutorials are also really useful, so although I had a good play around it was nice to be able to lean on the instructions/support too.
It was the Project Management I started with and started to get to grips with, getting stuck into the Trello-like Kanban card system, but with lots of detail, time-tracking, and then also finance, ownership, issue mgt etc all quite intuitively within. There’s loads of features here, so you can keep it simple or delve into the detail to suit your project/business. Nice that it ties to the google calendar too.
I haven’t used the finances/transactions/invoicing elements, I’m not sure if I will go that far – I’m too tied into Xero personally and can’t see anything yet as to why I’d look to replace this with Flowlu (but if you’re starting fresh/from scratch with a simple business, maybe this is a good option?) Same with the CRM elements – seemingly it can be used for products/stock mgt/pricing etc, however I’ve not tried this out yet.
All in all, it seems a really clean and well-designed service, and well supported with he tutorials (and even a recent webinar etc). It’s strength also lies on the depth of the service, so really should be able to support a small/new business from the outset and then also as it grows.

Over the last two months we have been experimenting with Flowlu. We have been trying several others before and were already using a more or less satisfying one, yet were impressed with the many features Flowlu is offering, and decided to give it a try. We are now planning to switch completely to Flowlu. The complexity is a bit overwhelming at the beginning, yet very quickly it turns out to be an impressive and intuitive tool, that will allow us for growth in the near future.
We recommend every team from 3-5 person on to have a look at this. If you want to build simple sales funnels, built project workflows for yourself or clients, create a knowledgebase, to-dolists, and more you will easily find your way.
We moved from Zoho and even though the experience of data upload was tedious we love how easy it is to use for CRM
The best part of Flowlu is that it has all the tools we need to run our business, all in one place. It's the perfect way to stay on top of ourfinances, projects and customers. The UI is really user-friendly, so we’re able to get a quick overview without having to spend time finding out where things are.
Also love that it's easy to use and, because everything is in one place, we save time having to look for project work, customer relationship management or even figuring out budget on separate platforms. The best thing about it is the ability to send tasks to people and manage the workflow which means we can delegate each task properly.
One of the features that caught us by pleasant surprise was how useful having a Mind Maps feature within the platform was. That is just one example of the many customizable features of Flowlu -- it's quite impressive to see the number of modules integrated into the platform. This has the risk of making the entire suite quite overwhelming in functionality, but you can easily add or remove components as you get progressively more familiar with the product. What's currently missing is the Android app as well as (upcoming) client portal, but the roadmap looks promising; moreover, the developer is very active soliciting the user community for feedback on what should be prioritized.
The online support which is embedded in the system shortens the learning curve for me. =)
