Ordered some silk flowers from Chris just told him the colours I wanted well they arrived 2 days after he posted them and I have to say they are stunning.Would highly recommend ordering from here as service is amazing and staff are amazing

Chris is such a hard working guy and genuinely kind person and I highly recommend him! Ordered two silk bouquets from his shop and both were quite stunning. He puts time and love into everything he makes. You will get top quality floral design A+++

Ordered chocolate’s for delivery from this shop and can honestly say they were amazing! Well worth the price and the selection is amazing, i definitely will be purchasing again for myself and also as gifts in the future.

Shockingly bad - rude on the phone, cancelled my order without me requesting this (having paid £75) told me "I've walked in this morning to 40 orders on my little computer this morning, I'm not a magician" and that he "really doesn't care" if I call interflora. Such a sad experience as I ordered from hospital with my sick daughter, the flowers were for her school to say thank you for looking after her and calling an ambulance.
When I posted this review on google he has then posted a reply to say I was rude and that it was untrue... which anyone who knows me would know I would not do. It also says a female staff left in tears - I spoke to a man.
Edit following business owner’s response - I’m happy to hear the conversation was recorded, assuming both sides were captured. However you should probably tell your customers you are broadcasting their communications on TikTok. I hope the fact that you have sarcastically told a mother whom you know to be in hospital with a sick child to “sleep comfortably tonight” and “be ashamed of yourself” (screenshotted) is correctly interpreted as a red flag by anyone reading this review.

I recently placed a silk arrangement order, and it turned out beautifully!, Chris was extremely easy to work with and it is exactly what I asked for. It was also delivered to me in the US with no issues at all, I highly recommend his services, he was very kind!

This shoppe is adorable. Chris provides everything you need to send a gift even delicious chocolates that are priced nice. He's very kind, funny and adorable. Would love to work for him. Visit his shoppe you will love the atmosphere.His workers are just as nice as Chris.
