I have been using TAO for post run recovery and muscle soreness, and the results speak for themselves. TAO delivers a clean cooling effect that you feel within minutes. Not only has it been helping a lot with my shoulder pain, but I also used when I had a sinus infection and it really helped relieve the facial pressure.
The brand is representative of young female entrepreneurs. & I love that it’s all about de-gate keeping TCM & supporting women in sports.

As a runner I get some light niggles in my knee from time to time, and rubbing some Ice by TAO on it makes running feel niggle free again.
Additionally, the balm was a lifesaver for my stuffed nose during the flu! Better than vicks. period.
