Ordine fatto il 27 Febbraio, prevista partenza della merce il 25 Marzo. Un giorno prima della partenza prevista la data viene spostata non si sa perché all'11 Aprile, ovviamente in quella data parte una spedizione purtroppo solo parziale della merce, la rimanenza prevedono la consegna entro il 30 Aprile. Da un marchio così prestigioso, e costoso, ci si aspetta ben altro. Inutile sbandierare prodotti di qualità e design, quando mai riuscirò a provarli, e poi avere una logistica pietosa.

I purchased two (of course expensive) lamps through an official FLOS furniture dealer in Switzerland. One of the two lamps was not working after mounting. I sent through the dealer the complaint to FLOS asking for a replacement of the defective product, but they stated that 'they do not take back products, moreover they never had complaints about this product and then it means that it was mounted wrongly'.
Besides the absolutely inappropriate attitude and nonexistent customer care, the assumption that my lamp was not working just because all the others were working was ridiculous.
I had to pay a second electrician to come and check if the connection was made correctly. He stated officially that the product was not working, and for a second time they refused to send a replacement. In the end I received a substitution lamp through the dealer that HAD TO PAY HIMSELF FOR A NEW PRODUCT, instead of receiving a substitution from FLOS. On my side, I had to pay a third time for an electrician to come and demount and mount again the lamp, which now, was magically working. At the end of the story, I could not use my lamp for months after the order, had to pay 3 times the mounting service, the dealer had to pay himself for a lamp and FLOS didn't care of anything. First and Last FLOS product in my home.

Ho acquistato due lampadine LED originali per la mia lampada Frisbi, che ha circa un anno e mezzo di vita. Dopo pochi mesi dall’installazione, una delle due ha smesso di funzionare — la seconda sostituzione nel giro di sei mesi, nonostante un utilizzo limitato (in cucina uso principalmente i faretti).
Ho contattato il servizio clienti fornendo un video del malfunzionamento e, su loro richiesta, marca, modello e fotografie del dimmer installato.
Nonostante questo, l’assistenza ha insistito sin dall’inizio nell’attribuire il guasto alla presenza del dimmer, ancor prima di verificarne tipologia e compatibilità.
Successivamente, mi è stato chiesto di rimuovere il dimmer e girare un video della lampada in modalità on/off, una richiesta che trovo del tutto inappropriata. Non sono un tecnico, e non ritengo giusto che un cliente debba svolgere verifiche tecniche per supplire alle responsabilità del produttore.
Nessuna proposta di sostituzione, nessuna ammissione di possibile difetto, nessuna soluzione concreta.
Solo una gestione lenta, difensiva e poco orientata alla soddisfazione del cliente.
Da un marchio come Flos, che fa del design e della qualità la propria immagine, ci si aspetterebbe un servizio post-vendita all’altezza. La mia esperienza, purtroppo, è stata l’esatto opposto.

Ho acquistato una lampada a sospensione Glo-Ball; dopo 10 anni è esplosa…
Si è autonomamente formato un foro di 10 cm di diametro. Un evidente difetto di fabbricazione nel vetro. Ovviamente non essendo in garanzia non può essere sostituita. Sono delusa dalla cattiva riuscita del prodotto.

I purchased a home with two Sky Garden Pendant lamps. Both lamps stopped working due to a defective part. The people I spoke with at Flos were extremely unhelpful, and in fact made it obvious they are not happy in their jobs by the way they begrudgingly handled me on the phone and by email. The rep, Shannon, became unresponsive to my emails. I will never purchase a product from this company.

Beautiful designs, but very impractical design details for installation. Also, very bad installation manuals.
We bought the Ariette lamp and besides the nice looks, it’s such a shitty lamp. Cheap materials, completely impractical design for installation, and the manual is close to useless.

Nous avons acheté 3 AIM. 2 d'entre eux se sont arrêtés de fonctionner en moins de 3 ans (le premier au bout de 2 ans). FLOS considère avoir fait un "geste" en réparant le premier qui était sous garantie, et refuse toute prise en charge pour le second (hors garantie). Vue la fréquence, il s'agit manifestement d'un défaut de fabrication...

Lampadaire flos acheté en 2023 au prix de... 750€. Le réflecteur est tombé tout seul ce matin, mon fils avait fait vibrer le sol à 4m du lampadaire, le réflecteur est brisé en mille morceaux et il ne semble pas exister de pièce de rechange. À fuir ! Malgré la garantie encore en vigueur, ce ne sera même pas pris en charge pour cause de mauvaise utilisation. Inadmissible de proposer à ce prix des lampes qui se brisent sans aucun contact !

Ich bedauere außerordentlich, dass ich nicht vor meiner Bestellung hier vorbeigeschaut habe. Ich wäre gewarnt gewesen: Ein derart schlechter Service ist mir noch nicht begegnet. Im Grunde wird es dem Kunden unmöglich gemacht überhaupt mit dem Online-Shop in Verbindung zu treten: ich habe insgesamt 4 Mal versucht eine Reklamation zu einer beschädigt bei mir eingetroffenen Leuchte über die auf der Flos-Website veröffentlichte costumer-service Mail-Adresse zu melden. Die Mail kam 4 Mal als unzustellbar zurück. Ich konnte mir das nicht erklären, denn ich hatte die Adresse kopiert und ins Adressfeld eingesetzt. Dann habe ich es über das Kontaktformular auf der Website versucht. Nach Tagen immer noch keine Reaktion. Ich habe auch die Telefonnummer gewählt, die - natürlich - von eine Stimme als ‚diese Nummer ist uns nicht bekannt’ identifiziert wurde. Schließlich habe ich es über den Chat-Bot versucht. Hier hat immerhin jemand geantwortet. Als Erklärung für die nicht zustellbaren Mails wurde mir gesagt, das müsse an meiner Mail-Adresse liegen (t-online.de). Seltsam, eine seriöse Adresse. Also sendete ich alles nochmal von meiner Büromail aus. Wieder keine Antwort. Nachfrage über den Chat-Bot. Dann gestern die Antwort, ich möge bitte weitere Fotos der Verpackung senden. Wird mir hier unterstellt ich hätte die Lampe selbst beschädigt, oder was?
Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Hier wird es einem so schwer und kompliziert wie möglich gemacht eine Reklamation zu melden. Ich kann nur warnen teure Lampen dort zu zu bestellen. Ich werde dort jedenfalls nicht mehr kaufen!

Customer service offers no help. Tried to unscrew my Flos S2 diffuser bulb for the first time and seems like the threads are broken. Gave me contact details for their distributors which may be able to replace the bulb but it would be at my own expense. Reading the reviews other customers have had the same problem. The lights are pretty but not functional.

It must be a common occurrence if they have to cover themselves by writing this up in the instructions. Sounds like a design flaw. Normal pressure was used to screw in the diffuser bulb. I have 2 Flos lights both screwed on as I have screwed in every lightbulb, over the many years I’ve been alive, with no issue. One unscrews the other doesn’t so there is a 50% you’ll be ok if you buy this light. For the price I certainly don’t think it’s worth the risk.

Worst service ever. When DHL did not deliver a lamp, flos made this our problem. Instead of sending a new lamp, they did all their best not helping us. Flos should solve this with the shipping company they use, not the customer. We ask them to return our money and they still make it very difficult for us.

Har ventet plus 2 måneder på en reservedel og intet hørt… desværre er fakturaen betalt og nok også chancen for at få pengene retur..
Til andre vil jeg anbefale at finde jeres lamper et andet sted.

Acquistate direttamente presso Flos Milano le luci di tutta casa, una commissione significativa con tanto di progetto illuminotecnico di Flos. Tralasciando che certe zone della casa sono iper illuminate e altre buie (fortuna che è stato fatto il progetto), il Binario Tracking Magnet non funziona (non si accende, non si dimmera) nonostante le infinite prove fatte da non uno, ma due elettricisti. È da mesi che perdiamo tempo in telefonate e continue visite al negozio Flos di Milano e soldi per fare venire elettricisti. Servizio post vendita INESISTENTE. Veramente imbarazzante, se non fossi arrabbiata mi verrebbe da ridere. Non solo non hanno idea di come far funzionare il loro binario, ma non ci provano nemmeno.
Mai più Flos, veramente un servizio terribile ai limiti della denuncia. Soprattutto considerati i prezzi non di certo banali.
Servizio post vendita imbarazzante. Ho comprato una Coordinates Suspension 3 (bellissima). Non funzionava e seguivo correttamente le istruzioni. Ho scritto a NESSUNO si è degnato di aiutarmi, alla fine ho dovuto cambiare da solo l'alimentatore (ho trovato la marca su amazon, speso 50€) smontare quello rotto e rimontarlo. Non mi scoccia che si rompa elettronica, succede, ma che per una lampada da 3000€ nessuno si degni di risposta è uno SCANDALO. Ho mandato le foto e i video per mostrare il malfunzionamento ma nessun segnale (anzi un generico e inutile "le faremo sapere") Mai più Flos.

Ho avuto necessità di recuperare le istruzioni di una bellissima lampada della Flos prodotta nel 1992 e ormai fuori produzione e il servizio Clienti è stato molto celere nel recuperarle e nel fornirmi supporto

Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced.
After purchasing multiple Flos lights (spending more than $20k) I moved countries and required a different plug for the adapters. Most other lighting brands provide plugs for various countries (Flos doesn't) and even though Flos adapters clearly allow for easy switching of plugs the customer service team simply refused to help. First saying that they don't have plugs for 'that country' (which is Japan, one of their largest customers), despite the lights coming with a diagram that clearly shows how plugs on their adapters are interchangeable depending on the country (including Japan) and then saying 'why cant you just go to a hardware shop and get an add-on plug?' Lighting might be good but customer service is Z grade. Good luck if you ever need any aftercare...
