Easy to use. We've used VRBO forever and AirBnB occasionally but we just couldn't find what we were looking for this time around. Florida Rentals delivered.

From the moment we arrived, Sunnyside Up felt like a rare coastal gem—refined, restorative, and completely enchanting. The home’s beautiful antique touches add timeless charm, and the fully stocked kitchen made every meal effortless. The beds were heavenly, offering exceptional comfort and rest.

The white sand beaches of Cape San Blas were the perfect retreat, and the nearby state park offered peaceful nature escapes. We also enjoyed exploring the local dining just a short drive away and were continually impressed by the friendliness of the community—locals here welcome you with genuine warmth.

Evenings became our favorite ritual: stunning sunsets from the top deck, followed by quiet resets in the hot tub under the stars. It’s a rare sanctuary to unplug, unwind, and reconnect.

Condo was clean, spacious and had perfect views of the sunrise with coffee, sunset with wine. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach is just steps away from the elevators. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys from previous guests were available in one closet. There is also a community chest with beach items near the beach steps. Communication with the owner was easy, thorough and prompt.

PCB - This city by the beach is an amazing vacation spot. You can’t go wrong coming here. We have made the trip many times over many years and each time we come we have new exciting experiences. It has something for everyone - hustle and bustle (Pier Park area and going East), more laid back and less crowded with more pristine beaches (West end - which is where this condo is). So much to do, see and explore. From eating out at all the great restaurants, shopping, fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing, hiking, water activities, the fresh water springs, the list goes on.

Celedon - This is the last high rise condo on the beach - the best of both worlds. You get the hustle if you head east down either Front Beach Rd or Back Beach Rd.(recommended in the busy season). Stay at Celedon and you get a more relaxed feel with much less people, but in the busy season it can still get crowded on the beach. We head out early and set up our chairs. But we like to walk a bit down from the condo to the west where it is much less crowded.
It is a clean well maintained condo with easy parking across the street with a nice walkway going over the road. It is well lighted and a very safe area. The three elevators are usually quick and the wait times for the most part are short. The two pools and hot tubs are clean and usually uncrowded. There are restrooms by both pools which is great. Especially the one on the beach. Very convenient. The condo also has a well equipped exercise room by the rear pool area.

Condo 2001 - Beautiful, clean, well stocked, nicely furnished condo with what has to be the best views of the gulf. Floor to ceiling beauty in the living area and master bedroom. The two other bedrooms also have decent views - partial side view of the gulf and a rear view of the Back Beach area which is also beautiful in its own way. The kitchen is always well stocked with everything you may need and more. The furniture is clean, the beds are VERY FIRM. Not my taste but they are clean and you get used to them after a couple of nights. Especially if you fold up a blanket and pad the area where you are sleeping. LOL. The three full sized baths are wonderful and the balcony is fantastic. It wraps around the building and you can see for miles. Plenty of room for a group with heavy high quality furniture to sit on. Great appliances and no foul odors! We have stayed at this condo multiple times and it is perfect every time and even when you have an issue, just reach out to Jessica and she makes it right!

Eateries - Captain Anderson’s - #1 eatery in all of Florida (not making this up). Sharky’s - great atmosphere , free entertainment and food. Hungry Howies - good cheap pizza. Kilwin’s - ice cream Thomas Donuts - the best donuts and the food is great too (walk there from the condo along the beach if you want) Buddy’s Seafood Market - fresh made to order steamed shrimp and seafood

Things to do - Ecofina Creek - great for the springs and kayaking
Camp Helen - great for hiking, sightseeing and shells (just down the road a bit) - Beautiful
St. Andrew’s State Park - snorkeling, hiking, swimming, sightseeing. (Go early they fill up)
Shell Island - well worth the ferry ride - snorkeling, swimming
Ponce De Leon - spring is amazing (take your own food)
Pier Park - shopping, the pier at sunset is a must (the view from the condo is better than the Ferris wheel)
Jubilee - family deep sea fishing - affordable and fun

Such a Lovely little Condo, freshly updated and looks just like the photos with lots of charm. We loved the leather furniture and bar stools, very comfy. The beds were comfortable too. Right in the heart of Deerfield and could walk to many great restaurants and ice cream shops. Pool was very clean and warm plus quiet we enjoyed it and the strolling on the pretty beach. Felt safe and had a gated lot for our car. Host had lots of stuff for the beach to use in the closet, beach chairs, umbrella toys and new beach towels ect..Just really enjoyed spending our 30th Anniversary in this amazing spot. Host was great to work with and accommadating to our needs. We will stay here again.

Rented a place in July & paid nearly $1000 down-payment. Received ZERO communication and zero replies to emails. Had to place down-payment in dispute THE DAY BEFORE OUR TRIP BEGAN. Only then did I get a reply email, learning that I did not sign a rental agreement, so the house was rented to someone else.
DO NOT RENT FROM FLORIDA RENTALS.COM!!!!!!

My girlfriends and I spent a lovely weekend here for a ladies getaway. It felt like home with every accommodation you would need stocked and ready. So clean and spacious and beautiful!! I’ve never stayed at the same Airbnb twice but I promised my daughter we would come back next year for her sweet 16! And the pool is private with so many spaces to relax and get away! Thank you Sherwin for creating such a lovely space. I can’t wait to come back!

I would never use Vacassa again!! We stayed at a condo in Panams City Beach and were greeted in the master suite by a locked master bedroom closet! The owners kept all of their valuables in it, and we had no place to keep our dresses and suits for 10 days. The 3D photo showed a closet and when we asked for a reasonable refund, we were given 3.5% back. Mere chump change. Because there was no dresser as well, we had to keep our dress clothes and underwear in the bathroom on hooks and in drawers! I was very aggravated, to say the least, at the owners' and Vacassa's lack of concern! THEN, they would not let me give a review. Vacassa blocked the review option on their email receipt. It said, "oops, not working"!!

Walking distance to John's Pass and 7 Eleven! Great condo over looking the gulf.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need for your home away from home and you won't find more helpful and kind owners either. The beach, the pools, restaurants, fun things to do and a lovely place to stay. What a wonderful time I had.

Southern Sunset was an amazing place to stay for our annual trip to the Keys. It was our first time on Cudjoe Key and we loved it. Location was great and the hosts were fantastic with communication. Everything was perfect!

Moondrifter #202 was so beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, and with an amazing ocean view!! We planned to stay for 9 nights and extended for 6 more ! We saw dolphins in the distance from our oceanfront balcony, cooked many meals in the kitchen, washed laundry with the ease of w/d by the kitchen, children slept well in the hallway bunk beds in addition to the 2 nice bedrooms. You can literally walk to many restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Wal-mart is close enough to walk but you won’t want to with groceries. The building is smaller, without any frills (no tiki bar) and perfectly priced accordingly. Many owners of the condos live full time here and are very friendly and take good care of the place. The pool is well kept and barely used. The management company of the condo, Azure Properties, was excellent! They were immediately responsive with answers to my questions (Brandi). Her service and attention was outstanding. I highly recommend this unit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Boynton Beach! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully updated! It had everything we needed and more for a comfortable family getaway. Sophia was amazing to communicate with and made the entire experience so easy and welcoming.

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute drive to the beach and to Atlantic Avenue, which is such a fun area filled with great restaurants, shops, and things to do. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

We’ll definitely stay here again for our next family vacation. Highly recommend! 🌴✨
