I ordered a heated vest for work, the website is misleading and I accidentally ordered 2. I immediately sent an email requesting the order to be changed to 1 but got no reply. I never got a text either as stated on the website. It wasn't until a few days later I sent another email and said if I didn't hear from them I would cancel the entire order. That day I received a response stating that the order had been sent and if I returned it there would be a 30% restocking fee. I'm filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board and the Florida Attorney General.
