Completely a scam. Jellycats were fake and obviously made in china. I paid over a $100 and they never refunded my money. I sent it back to them but they just mailed it back to me. NEVER buy from here scammers. They don’t reply to emails and don’t refund.Shut this website down.

Purchased 2 Jelly Cat items and a labubu items are fully tagged up and boxed a genuine but on inspection obviously fake, do not purchase from this company. Did refund or respond to emails.

No idea what the negative reviews are about?! I didn’t see the reviews prior to ordering. I made an order for “spookipaws” jelly cat for my mother on 20th October. It was delivered end of October (to London UK) no issues, received tracking throughout, AND I received an email stating I would receive a free gift - listing the items. I received peanut the penguin! Hence I have got around to leaving a review.

These items look 100% official to me, with the dust bags, tags etc, there is no indication they are anything other than genuine.

Couldn’t be happier! 10/10 shopping experience

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Knowingly sold me a counterfeit jellycat. I had to then jump through hoops for them to accept my return. And wouldn’t give me a return label so had to pay out of my own pocket. I sent the return back in August and they still haven’t refunded me so I’m out of pocket £40.

Very bad. It is a pirated brand. Please dont buy from this retailer they are selling fake products.

Sell fake jellycats overpriced. They tried to set up a recurring payments on my bank. No way to get in contact with them. Avoid

I recently purchased a Jellycat from this company and I am very disappointed that this is a SCAM, I was not aware of this until a day ago when I googled this website to check because I became a little suspicious due to the delivery status. I don’t understand why this website is not blocked or taken off the internet?

No customer service just AI I had a probem with my order which has not resolved email responses 10 + are all AI generated with no resolution and no refund or replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Please avoid this company like the plague! I stupidly didn’t read the Trustpilot reviews before placing an order today through Shop. Alarm bells should have rung when my bank declined my card and I got a message to call them, but I foolishly used a card from another bank to make the purchase. When I received my confirmation email a couple of hours ago, I was suspicious about its appearance and the phone number at the top of the message - I had thought I was buying from a UK company. Then I read the reviews on Trustpilot. I have sent two emails to ask for my order to be cancelled but thankfully I have also just contacted my bank to see if they could stop the order. To my horror, the fraud department at my bank told me that this company had placed a tokenised payment on my account, which meant that they could take more money without my permission in future. My bank has now removed this and cancelled my card so they can’t access my account any more. If you’ve ordered from this company, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY to check that they haven’t done the same to you! I will also be reporting them to Actionfraud.

Stay away from this company. I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased this very obvious fake.
I did explain to them I was not happy which they disputed I then managed to order the real jelly cat of the official site and as suspected the difference was obvious. The tags attached by plastic with Chinese labels. The feel of the dragon its self was completely different. The wings were awful. It had barley any plumpness too the dragon. Beyond disappointed.
The company after I had sent multiple pictures had said send this back but after reading these reviews and seeing people sent the items back and still got no refunds. I will not be sending it back. Terrible company. Stay clear !!

Wish I’d checked this company reviews before buying. Very easy to see on arrival against the ones from the official website Bartholomew Robe Bear is a fake, nose was tilted to the side, not soft at all compared to genuine ones and half filled with polystyrene beads. I tried to stop the order after coming on here to my shock and horror to see so many bad reviews but they would not cancel and assured me it was genuine. I received a response much the same as what others have put on asking questions. Thankfully I paid with a credit card so will get my money back as not expecting anymore responses 👎

Do NOT buy from this company.

They Advertise jelly cats to be real but are fakes. The tags are the incorrect colour the jelly cat itself has an awful feel to it and is full of beads. They are delaying us getting a refund by telling us they’re not fake and asking us silly questions. Paid £45 for a fake jelly cat….scam

I have reported to the bank that they are fraud because their so called ‘customer service’ is terrible.
