Nearly bought the hearing spray but checked trust pilot first thank god I did.

Ordered a product that was on dragons den. Google even said to order it from this site. They sent a completely different product. Will not refund money unless I pay to send it back. Offered 30 percent refund and I can keep the product. This is totally wrong. I ordered a product, and that is what I should receive.

Once again would have given nil stars, I have had a second payment taken luckily I paid via PayPal so have been refunded, seemly if you buy from these you sign up for a subscription which means they can take ore money PayPal have now closed any links to that company.
They even say now they have tracking evidence to say it’s been delivered. BEWARE get Paypal or your bank to close any access they have to your bank account thieving Chinese bastards.

Bought a product supposed to be for my dogs teeth it’s totally unacceptable rubbish. They have sent me another one taken money from my account without out me ordering it 😡 Disgusting behaviour from this company AVOID at all cost

I would give none if choice, I have received a tooth cleaner for my dog, she is terrified it sounds like a household drill, I have contacted Floraluna about a return just keep getting someone will contact you with 24 hours which never happens. They have stolen £29+ from me on some cheap tatty plastic from China.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY they are a thieving scam.

Please don't use this Company, Firstly I was charged,£47, and then just noticed i had been charged £29 today for a repeat order which I didn't authorise, please also BEWARE none of their Products work. I also had to change my Bank Card which is another annoyance, this is the SECOND Time I've had to this and it always seems to be adverts on FB, So I'm FUMING.

uh oh- looks like Ive fallen for the scam and have paid over the odds for some cream which on Amazon is around 8.00 whereas I paid 24.99 to this company. Why do I buy on FB without checking reviews!! I know better than that!

So Firstly I was overcharged. I immediately e.mailed them, they replied straight away a generic email to say they will contact me in 24/48hrs still to this day they have not. I'm trying to cancel the order I cannot! Then today I received the Tatty ripped package but the product is not what's on Discription in advertisement also it contains Gelatin so i cannot consume this. Label of ingredients on advertisement which was said to be vegan vegetarian friendly
It's Definitely Not the same product!
This strange name appears on my bank statement for ref of payment collected as "sp-phasea" similar like that, something with no meaning proper name
It's concerning, I'm not sure what to do??? I've e.mailed them 3 times feels like I've been scammed! They've taken my money with foney goods! I do not trust them at all. But I need it to be investigated and resolved ASAP as I need my money back. How Stressful annoying disappointed I am!!
Please can you help me any further with any information as to what I can do next or help contact them somehow I need my money back.

Another company pretending to be in uk when they are in fact scammers in China Inferior goods supplied

This company advertise on 'Facebook' claiming 4.8/5 on Trust Pilot with over 13,000 satisfied customers. This is the latest advert. Leave alone.

Ordered a device called GLUCKOCLICK which was supposed to record blood sugar levels by placing it on your finger thus obviating the need for painful finger pricking. Instead received a pulse oximeter . Contacted the company and after several e-mails they agreed to give me a refund. I'm still waiting for that refund after two months. Their advert certainly breaches the trade descriptions act.

Incorrect product sent I have requested refund which they advise as order marked fulfilled they cannot do, how an order can be deemed fulfilled if incorrect product sent I do not know! I have requested returns shipping label several times ….

Ordered tablets and have asked for a refund due to not being suitable for my father and item was late delivered.
Have been told that under their hygiene regulations I can only have a 40% refund even though I am fully in my right for a refund as the item has been unopened.
