First of all, no instructions on how to assemble. Ad says there is a free 14 day program to follow - I could not find it on website. Next reformer did not guide which males exercising smoothly impossible. There is no customer service number. You must chat with a bot who refers you to an agent that "may" get back to you. I have been going back and forth trying to return the item - every step requires an email and a days wait! Today I was billed $140 for the app membership which is supposed to be one of 4 free gifts with purchase. NO!!! Something is wrong here!

Thievery. I was charged $129 for a subscription I never signed up for or used.

Support completely ghosted me after I refused their partial refund offer, despite their advertised 99-day refund policy. Still no full refund or confirmation of cancellation.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate with my bank and file formal complaints. Completely unacceptable.

This company is a scam. The product is terrible quality, super flimsy and impossible to use fully as advertised. They wont reply to my emails to return. They charged my card $129 for an app that is advertised as free with purchase on their website (and i never agreed to pay for it).

I have been trying to get a refund for a reformer that I returned in February. The company has had the product in there possession for over a month and I still haven't received my refund. The product was great but I couldn't use do to a knee injury. Customer service is so slow. Ugh!
Update: Flo Pilates has had my returned reformer since February 17th. I still have not received my refund. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!

I bought a portable Flo Pilates table on their website and they concealed the purchase of a subscription costing $141.58 which they deducted from my credit card. I immediately contacted customer service and requested the cancellation of the subscription and a refund. After repeated attempts to get a response over 2 weeks, they finally answered, refusing to do the refund and stating that the following year’s subscription was cancelled. This is a fraudulent business practice.

No customer service. You can't speak with a human. I tried finding a phone number or email, but no one would help me. At check out, it advertised pay over time option but it charged the full amount all at once. I requested to cancel my order literally one minute after placing it and the AI chat bot said someone would get back to me in 12 to 24 hours. Then my order shipped 6 hours later and charges are pending on my bank account. A claim was filed with the BBB.

Bait & Switch- Ordered a FloPilates travel/foldable reformer, which was suppose to come with free items. Free item was never received and the reformer did not look anything like the picture.

I should have known by the look of the box as it had looked like it was returned item that had been reboxed.

I immediately reached out to customer service, as online it said guaranteed returns, only to get the run around. After multiple attempts of trying to get a return label or information to return I was told the item was the “new” “pro” model and I could return for the previous model. I realized I was never gonna get my money back. Hard lesson learned.
