Flooring Hut Recenzje

From start to finish the service was good. Product is lovely. I needed 5M long carpet and the only place I could seem to get it was from flooring hut.
Price was competitive, delivery quick and efficient. They brought the carpet into the house for me ready for laying.

Would definitely use again

don't normally write reviews but credit is due first time ordering a carpet on line and they delivered as ordered on time good commication

Flooring Hut were absolutely top notch for customer service. I had a couple of issues which were related to me changing my mind and they were so helpful and worked with me to ensure I got what I needed. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful but JACK was an absolute Star, very knowledgeable and responsive. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

The flooring arrived on time as promised.
Excellent service

used the company a couple of times now, excellent service and very competitive price.
When I had a couple of questions very quick to respond. Delivered on the specific day I requested
and finally very pleased with the Polyflor we purchased
Highly recommend

Good price and prompt delivery. Very happy with the product and service.

We ordered the furlong laminate herringbone flooring. It arrived super quick and was easy to install. Great product. Great company. Thank you FlooringHut!

Great experience buying from Flooring Hut. Jack in the sales team was fabulous, sorting out issues from the supplier to provide solutions that made the purchasing experience a positive one and keeping me fully informed. Would definately buy from them again and recommend to others.

Would 100% recommend Flooring hut , I’ve just had my 2nd delivery from them , all good 👍

Great customer service! So lovely to purchase from a company where you get to speak to someone, who gives you a personal experience.

I’ve just taken delivery of my second order from Flooring Hut, and cannot fault the service.
Pricing initially led me to order, I had a specific carpet I wanted and it was offered at a good price online. I order samples first; these arrived quickly and made colour selection so much easier.
Communication was great, Delivery was as promised, carpets arrived well wrapped and clearly labelled.
Highly recommend, I will be using again with any hesitation.

Straight forward process for requesting samples and then ordering carpet. Was able to specify the date of delivery and delivery drivers (plural as we ordered carpet and underlay which were delivered separately) were helpful in getting the heavy items were we wanted them. And of course the price was good when you factor in the free delivery that many other on-line sellers charge about £50 for. So whilst I was nervous about ordering from an on-line shop initially, it could not have worked out better. I will have another two rooms to do shortly and will use Flooring Hut again when the time comes.

Recently bought some flooring. I had 2 quotes for the flooring I wanted, but thought I would try one more Company. Flooring Hut came up with the exact same flooring and saved me £90. Delivery was good and on time. I would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic site arrived on time good quality and price

Fantastic service and products. Customer service is friendly and efficient, my only improvement would be the option to collect on the website rather than having to email and ask for the delivery payment to be removed.

I had originally planned to purchase some Furlong Emerald 190 Oak flooring locally but decided to search the internet for an alternative supplier due to a quote that seemed to be higher than expected. Flooring hut came up trumps with a quote for the same flooring, underlay and pipe covers which saved me approx 500 GBP which well covered the cost of a local fitter.
Happy days - Great website, price, discount code and as advised on time delivery service from start to finish.

Delivery was quick and accurate, and the LVT oak flooring looks so good that friends & family are amazed to find out it isn’t real wood!
The LVT specialist fitter remarked on the good quality of the flooring and was genuinely surprised when I told him the cost. He said he couldn’t get that price at his usual trade centre.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Flooring Hut again!

Samples arrived promptly. Thanks

Must say i cant fault the service i get from Flooring Hut. Always deliver on the date that's arranged and a great price too.
