Thanks so much for your feedback and for ordering with Flooring Hut. We're really pleased to hear you found us easy to deal with and that delivery was prompt. That said, we're genuinely sorry about the mix-up with the carpet colour — we understand how inconvenient that must have been, especially discovering it when the fitter arrived. We truly appreciate your patience and willingness to accept it despite the situation. Your understanding means a lot to us, and we’ll be doing everything we can to prevent this from happening again. Thanks again for your support.

First time using flooring hut
First time using flooring hut, and I will definitely be using them for any future flooring needs. The website was easy to navigate and purchase what I wanted, the materials turned up when I wanted them to, and they have been fitted without any fuss, and to my satisfaction. I would recommend flooring hut if you are looking for good quality, price, and service.

Order my carpet online
Order my carpet online with the help of my fitter, carpet arrived on the date I requested
Driver extremely helpful, only suggestion I have would be more communication , as once ordered no further communication, I had to ring to confirm my delivery was on the transport for that day, on the day.
Great value on my choice of carpet.

Hurray for Flooring Hut!
When I went to buy the kitchen vinyl I had previously bought I found the company had stopped selling it. After a search I found at the Flooring Hut and it was cheaper! It arrived a day and a half later which was brilliant as well. Really pleased.
