I reached via chat out at the beginning of the week inquiring about my order, as the status hadn't changed since the initial purchase. The person that first helped me connected with fulfillment and got the order moving. When I opened the chat again today, the person that helped provided me with the tracking number, which showed that the furniture was on the move. A little confused about the initial delay, but pleased with the help received once I reached out.
Not impressed with their delivery process. I don't need voicemail after voicemail demanding I call to schedule something only to call them back and be told they'll let me know when they're ready to deliver it. Pointless.
It took me 3 days and 5 customer service reps just to get a time to pick up my order.
I was a little worried about my purchase after reading some negative reviews but the 2 counter stools I ordered came 3 weeks before I expected them and were in perfect condition! Boxes were in good shape and stools still had all the protective padding around them and cardboard in place. Very happy with my experience and would definitely buy from again!

I ordered a couch from FloorFound and was so impressed with the whole process. The item was in near perfect shape, completely as described. FloorFound was extremely communicative about the shipping process and I received multiple emails letting me know a timeline. I Will absolutely be purchasing more furniture from them again.
Customer service has been excellent. I had some problems with my order being damaged in transport and they helped me through all of it. Thank you!
I have emailed twice about picking up my purchase and have not received any response.

Hi Jay! We responded to your chats and emails on 3/5, 3/7, and 3/15. We are unable to schedule a pickup outside of our warehouse's operational hours. Please contact our support team via chat for assistance in scheduling a pickup time between Monday - Thursday 9am - 2pm. Unfortunately, these are the only times available and our warehouse team will need 24-48 hours to pull the item and have it prepared for your scheduled pickup date and time.
