Before finding and using Flock Free, I tried numerous products and recommended home advice information resources, but none worked. No matter what I did, the birds would insist on returning to make their messy nests in area on my house that could be dangerous to them, and to my grandchildren when the birds would dive at them .... very scary.

Once I used Flock Free spray, that honestly and truly worked. Flock Free will not harm the birds, but it's a great deterrent! Granted, I have to spray the area several times to have it be effective, but I've now had great success for the past two years!

I would highly recommend Flock Free!!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any website. The back and forth is endless. One email tells you to use chat, the chat tells you to send an email, and the email sends you right back to chat. It’s an endless loop with no way to actually speak to a human being. I simply requested that my data be deleted, and instead of handling a basic privacy request, they keep redirecting me in circles. I was even told I don’t have a subscription, which makes it even more confusing why my data can’t just be removed. I just want my information deleted, but they refuse to take responsibility or provide clear help. From my experience, they make it extremely difficult to remove your data. Delete your account now if you can, and good luck, because getting them to actually delete your information feels nearly impossible. ⭐️

ICE has been able to access Flock data to assist their operations. Do NOT support this company unless you want to inadvertently support ICE. I hope Flock takes action to stop such collaboration from happening.

I really like it.

Absolutely garbage. Their interface sucks, everything is slow and good luck getting their customer service people do literally anything. I've been trying to cancel my account for the last 2 weeks and they refuse to so I just opened a dispute with my credit card company. Luckily I'm sure they'll take care of it but it's jaw-dropping how unprofessional and crappy flock is.

Flock’s user interface is poor. I had not used Flock for 9 months as I wasn’t getting much value from it. I prefer Monday.com much easier to use and more intuitive. I realised my Flock subscription was going to renew and tried to cancel but the system would not let me enter my dialling code (could not scroll down - tried 2 browsers) and when I tried to log out and go back in the process there was no area to do this. The customer service has been abysmal. I have been in touch showing screenshots of the issue and they will not refund as it goes against their policies. They don’t care that I haven’t used the system in 9 months or that their system is at fault when I try to cancel. They only care about money. They refuse to refund me, an absolute joke of a company.

I have just joined Flock & within 30 minutes I find it 9ne of the most exciting applications. So easy to use.

The most importantly, they have an outstanding team to Support. I contacted the technical support and I got connected roger right away!

NEHA, an absolutely brilliant and smart member of the support team. We whizzed across many questions; as if I was with a friend on WhatsApp. She resolved the issues [issues is a wrong word -educating me] like lightening.

No time wasting, clarity, clarity & clarity. She knew her product inside out; at the back of her hand. Simply Outstanding.

Where I didn’t understand, she sent me screenshots to take me through. Flock Team must be proud of her.

It is a great app that doesn't require team members to be super techy to figure. It's quite simple to use and my entire team loves it. We had used a bunch of other apps earlier, but our team seemed to like Flock the best because of how easy it was to use. Would highly recommend it to teams who are looking to collaborate on a large scale.
