It’s been over a month and still haven’t received the stuff ordered it’s definitely a scam

Same as others here - Took money - no shipping info - No response to repeated emails. Nothing ever arrived.

Ordered from this company and I still have not received anything from them yet! Beware! It is a scam! Do not order from this company!

They never actually sent it, gave some fake tracking number that never worked. They don’t answer messages or emails. Got my money back with PayPal.

I am a Judge in NYC who bought 3 levitating bulb systems from this company. Paid for them Via PayPal. Never got them after repetitive emails to their Customer Service Department. I never got any reply to any of my correspondence. I initiated an investigation into this company and found out that Dynamic Technology Group Limited is the owner of FLOATELY, which is just a shell company. As a matter of official record there are over 200 Consumer Affairs Complaints filed in the US again these 2 fraudulent companies. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE SCAMMED !!!!! You will definitely need to dispute your charge. You be the judge.

Fairly convinced this is a scam. Ordered product over 3 months ago, and status is still showing "prepared for shipping". I got a response to my first of multiple emails stating "overseas shipping is slow", then 0 responses after. I order from Temu all the time with a normal shipping time, but 3+ months, and no responses to status requests spells scam in my book.

Ordered 2 items. Received one. Customer support was completely unresponsive despite many attempts. This company is a scam.

Item never received - no shipping info provided. When I inquired a few weeks later, they promptly refunded my purchase without explanation.

Scam. Purchased two items, received no shipping information, and nothing ever arrived. They do not have any support in place: if you mail their support account or fill out a form on their website, you will not receive a reply.

I never received the product. I bought the floating plant and i never received it. I emailed customer service 4 times , with zero response.

This company floately is not fit to sell…. Bought a lunar lamp arrived broken,They offered refund, however I have NOt received my money back through apple pay. KEPT IN CONTACT BUT TO NO AVAIL. At your own peril use this website to buy Gadgets. Just not worth it. And I am down £148.00. ! BUYER BEWARE"……..

Do not buy Floately lamps. Arrived broken. Sent pics, all the info they wanted for replacement. Arrived 6 weeks ago. Now they claim a non disclosed warranty period and keep throwing up requests to avoid replacing. Will next file for full refund.

I received the airsai floating planter as a birthday gift. It not only arrived a month after its original delivery date but it looks so cheaply made that I think this site is a scam. Some reviews mention the wood but it is very clearly cheap plastic.

I've tried using it on multiple flat surfaces with various objects inside for weight/stability. It works for one or two minutes and then suddenly sticks to the base. It makes a really loud noise when this happens and throws out the contents of the cheap plastic bowl.

I would never recommend someone buy this product and it makes me concerned that most of these positive reviews are likely fake.
