A large amount of money monthly for not a lot. Cancelled my subscription & they have just charged me again even though it says FREE PLAN on my account.

Edit: They said they couldn’t locate my account until I provided a lot of details, but once it was located they did refund me. During that time they commented on all of the reviews left on here after this one, & just marked this one as defamatory… Trustpilot rightly decided it wasn’t. I think that’s pretty poor form to flag something as defamatory when it is entirely true.

I Feel stress free that i dont have to remember or worry about my upcoming periods im always prepared for it just because of FLO i love it

Super appli je l’ai testé pendant un mois Apres une erreur l’abonnement a été reconduit le SAV a répondu très rapidement et réglé le problème. Par ailleurs l’appli donne des infos fiables et très utile. Le +++ est la réactivité vraiment du Service Client

Being trying to reset my password multiple times, I’m locked out and trying to cancel my subscription. App is just a basic webpage, not worth it.

I love the accuracy and advice it gives for everything thing I experience, I also love the women’s community we have . It makes me feel loved and supported. It is also adorable and has good promos

A never ending onboarding that obviously ends with a paywall. Disgusting antics that screams “we’re a scam”. Even if it isn’t a scam, that’s what they made me think of their app and company.

Helps me track my PMDD symptoms and accurately predict upcoming symptoms

i have been using flo consistently since 2017 and never had a problem until today. i used this app through two pregnancies and a miscarriage and now trying to conceive since november 2024. they got me today to sign up for a premium trial for a month for one dollar and as soon as i did it all of my tracking was gone. almost ten years worth. anyone who is trying to conceive after loss knows how stressful this can be and i just took up taking ovulation tests twice a day which has heightened the stress level. losing all of this data made me burst into tears. LUCKILY, it was resolved. but this left a really bad taste in my mouth. this is a really fragile time for me and i really didn’t need for that to happen. i want my dollar back.

After some failed attempts in getting pregnancy due to inaccurate apps. I decided to try Flo and let’s just say I got pregnant after two months! It was so spot on!

As it turns out, this app is much more than a period tracker. It helped me understand to what extent my hormones run my life, but also how to better handle the highs and the lows :)

This app is a total scam. I signed up for a 2-week trial via the app, which was an introductory price of £1 to try it. I found the app too complicated and overlay fussy as I simply wanted a period tracker. So I cancelled during the trial period. A month later, I was charged £79.99 out of the blue. I had cancelled the app during the trail and was sent a notification from Apple to confirm it was cancelled, so the charge was completely out of the blue, unauthorised and believe to be completely illegal.

I asked Flo for help, and they denied any knowledge, claiming they couldn't find any record of me having a subscription with them! It took multiple attempts to get any sense out of Flo to locate proof of my account and get a refund. I was refunded in the end, but not without a lot of stress. I wouldn't recommend using the app.

Scammers.

On review of my credit card statement saw I had been charged 34.99 for two months in 2026 for a subscription that was cancelled back in 2023.

How on earth can you take payments for something that was cancelled 3 years ago. Credit card company contacted to dispute and refund straight away, but that’s not the concern. Surely this is illegal?? Is this how the company make money. In a time where the cost of living is sky high, the difference £70 would
Make to my children is immense not to mention the interest incurred on my card. Disgusting I will be sure to make anyone I know that this company will keep your details and take sneaky payments

Further info- the response from flo below is not even equating to the complaint. The reinstated an old subscription without authorisation. I emailed them as asked and explained the situation again, got a scripted response not even answering my questions. Months of payments taken without my authorisation and now are ingnoring the request for info. They say a subscription must have been resigned since asked for the details used to set up the subscription, the email, the IP address name and details on the subscription. sCAMMERS

Flo reminds me of my cycles start and end date.
I get comfort and reassurance. And it encourages me to know my body and how it works

Its frustrating that the app cannot figures out my cycle is weird because I'm perimenopausal.
It keeps taking me through all the possible options except that. Think it might be time to move to an app that is more suitable for older women who are in perimenopause.
