    Zero customer support

    I signed up through Apple mail relay but used my CC card for the subscription. I cancelled my free trial immediately after I subscribed because I didn’t want to forget and be charged for a renewal if I wasn’t going to use it. After playing with it I decided it wasn’t something I needed and also deleted the app. Yet I was still charged $35 for an annual subscription. I followed the process to request a refund but I never received a single email back. It’s been a week.

    Extremely disappointed with the…

    Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I tried to cancel my free trial, but it was automatically converted into a paid subscription. Very frustrating, especially since I never even used the app. To see what the app had to offer, I was required to create an account and start a subscription in the first place.

    On top of that, the app is incredibly user-unfriendly. You have to go through countless steps and questions before you can even access the settings. The whole experience feels unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.

    I would not recommend this app and will definitely not be using it again.

    Keine Antwort auf Nachrichtenanfragen

    Seit Wochen Versuche ich eine Rückmeldung zu einer Rückerstattung für ein falsch abgebuchtes Abo über das Kontaktformular zu erhalten, aber außer einer automatischen Nachricht, dass sich bald jemand meldet, bekommt man keine Antwort.
    Leider wurden mir statt 1x, gleich 4x 39,99€ jeden Monat abgebucht, bis mir der Fehler auffiel. Nach der Kündigung wurde die Abbuchung auch gestoppt, aber das Geld hab ich bis heute nicht erstattet bekommen.
    Ich hab das Abo gerne für meine Schwangerschaft abgeschlossen, hab aber leider mehr Ärger als Freude daran. Wirklich schade. Ich nutze Flo schon seit 10 Jahren.

    Okay could be better

    It’s good once you have premium so you’re able to track the patterns of your cycle etc. However, I do believe that there should be access for those that are on free tier as well, especially when looking at day 1 or day 2 of your cycle for example, why is that only for paying tier? Something so simple as that should still be for free, there needs to be improvements and adding more for that free tier specifically. Not good enough in my opinion.

    Charged for subscription renewal for no reason

    I signed up, cancelled the automatic renewal and then the next morning I woke up to see that it had renewed and charged me $60

    The Application is great for those with regular cycles

    The App is good though I'm not so much confident on how it sometimes analyses the periods. Sometimes you realise that the days to ovulation is short and sometimes it becomes longer than normal.

    Expensive and hard to cancel subscription - avoid!

    I thought the app sounded great, but I was auto put on a subscription of £35 a month and it was almost impossible to cancel (wasn’t in my bank account, nor on my phone subscriptions and you can’t cancel via the app!). So in short, avoid, it’s expensive and too difficult to cancel the subscription.

    Sneaky expensive subscription

    I had initially downloaded it as a free trial and quite like the app as a tracker and for info it provided. I upgraded to a payed version of the app but nowhere did it say i was signing up for the family premium and i had discovered I was paying $50 a month (yearly maybe but ONE MONTH) for the last 8 months. That is quite a few hundred dollars an NO app is worth that. Its sneaky business practice and i don't recommend signing up for it. You can just go and see a specialist and use a calendar app for the amount of money you pay for this app. DON'T SIGN UP FOR IT WHATEVER YOU DO!

    Funktionen top, Kundenservice hilft schnell, Umgang mit Kritik geht besser

    Diese Bewertung ist ein Update, nachdem mein Problem noch am selben Tag anstandslos durch den Kundenservice gelöst wurde: zu viel abgebuchte Beträge wurden mir nach der Reklamation umgehend erstattet. Was leider doch einen bitteren Beigeschmack bei mir hinterlassen hat, ist aber die Tatsache, dass Flo versucht hat, meine durchaus berechtigte Bewertung löschen zu lassen. Daher leider die 2 Sterne Abzug.
    Mit den Funktionen der App bin ich sehr zufrieden, da sie mir helfen, meine Stimmungsschwankungen im Zyklusverlauf besser einzuordnen. Das war mir auch den Preis für das Jahresabo wert. Was ich zusätzlich noch toll finden würde, wären Tipps dafür was der Körper in den unterschiedlichen Zyklusphasen braucht und wie man ihn bestmöglich unterstützen kann z.B. durch Ernährung, Bewegung, Stressmanagement, etc.
