Driver is a maniac
Driver is a maniac. He is so loud on phone, while all were sleeping. I am freezing in entire trip. When we had a small pause, I requested him to allow me to retrieve my jacket from my luggage, but he didn’t help, but he was helpful to ladies only. I’ve recordings of him which I’m happy to share
AVOID IF YOU CAN
If you can avoid taking Flixbuss in Croatia - do. The way drivers treat passengers is just horrible. Starting from knocking on the window and waving them back from the front seats with an attitude that may make the most confident person feel stupid. That should be possible for drivers and flexibuss mark front seats as reserved for second driver? But it seams they are enjoying this “game”. And then they make difference in how they treat men and women. When the guy asked to drop him off outside main stops - they did. When I asked about the same they told me - yes in the start of the tour. In praksis they again waved me off the buss by literally using just the one word “off” with no further explanation on the closest main stop several km away. What makes it worst is that it happened at night, when it was 6 hours til the next buss and I had two kids with me. Even though I tried to remind them about their words in the start of a trip. With this information upfront I would of course by tickets to the later buss, that had a planned stop on its route at my destination point.
But again it seemed the drivers are unfortunately enjoying using and abusing the power they have.
The last thing you should be aware of is they don’t take card. You can pay only cash to drivers. Thought both tourist office and a guide told me that you can pay both by cash and card on the buss.
Never again!
The reservation for the bus was made weeks ago for the bus from Zadar to Vodice at 14:00. Asked at the bus stop where it was departing from, the woman said the bus should arrive at platform 1, where we are waiting for it. After it didn't come for 15 minutes, I went to the counter again, only for the woman to call the driver and say "oh, he came on another platform and already left".
Great!
The woman transferred our reservation to the bus that departures at 16:00. We asked where, says platform 1 again. Are you sure? Of course, it is paltform 1!
16:00 It says on the application that the bus is 17 minutes late. OK, not terrible.
16:20 there is no bus.
16:30 there is still no bus. Back to the counter. The woman has no idea where the bus is. She calls the driver. Still has no idea.
Another woman arrives: "Ah, that bus left a long time ago, you have to follow it yourself where it departures from and when it leaves".
Really????
At 16:40 the app says that the bus should already be in Sukošan at 16:39.
Just by chance, we see a FlixBus entering at Platform 2.
Our bus to Vodice!!! Full like a fish can, we can forget the reservation because the driver shouts "quick, quick, I'm late" and he is not interested in our reservation. We sat where there was room, luckily we found the last two separated seats.
Conclusion: Never again!!!
Here no one knows when the bus arrives, where it will stop, when it leaves, if there is room and you can forget about the paid reservation.
Customer service, of course, is non-existent. "Send us an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible“. I needed suport now, not an answer in a few days.

The worst experience till now!!!
Today i had the worst experience i ever had with FlixBus "N884 Antwerp Rooseveltplaats"!!!
On my trip from Graz to Munich, the bus was full with Croatian passengers, there were two drunk passengers who brought a bag of beers on the bus. They were loud, disruptive, and started provoking other passengers, including myself.
Despite the obvious disturbance and the fact that I was directly targeted, the bus driver did nothing to address the situation or ensure the safety and comfort of the other passengers. It was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable that FlixBus allowed this to happen. I felt unsafe and disrespected throughout the journey. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and I hope FlixBus takes steps to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Liars and scammers
I booked a trip from Rijeka to Zagreb, but the bus did not arrive. I had to buy other tickets (a different company)m and we missed our transport in Zagreb.
I contacted the customer service, but they refused to reimburse me. They are claiming the bus went as scheduled, which is a lie. The ticket office employees told me the bus was late. Then they said it left at 14:30 (we came 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time). No one knew what happened as apparently, Flixbus do not tell them anything, they just 'come and go'.
We were there until 15:55, and the bus STILL did not arrive. This is not the first time there have been issues with Flixbus, but this one takes the cake. I want my money back.

It is monopoly bus company in Croatia, prices high, but what is really bad is support. The ride was 2 hours instead of 1 hour because driver decided use free of charge roads. And support answered, oh, it's okay, you can only complain if it is 2 hours delay....
