They are always happy to help me with any questions and I can trust their opinion and advise. They are attentive and efficient as well as the communication being clear and they made the process stress free. I would highly recommend them.

We have not used a travel agent for many years
Flitch opened up in Ongar and we decided to give them a go (if you do not use them you lose them)
From the moment we stepped into the shop we felt we was in good hands and was very confident that what we booked was going to go well
We booked a 7 night Caribbean Cruise with a 3 night stay in Barbados with Amy
Everything went very smooth, from booking the trip right the way through to coming home

All the team at Flitch travel in Ongar are amazing. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second time in 10 months that we have booked a holiday with them. They are our first port of call all love having them so local to where we live

Just back from a very relaxing short break to Lanzarote, despite the unseasonal weather trying to spoil it! As ever, Flitch Travel made the whole experience easy - from recommending the hotel and answering all my questions, to organising the travel itself. We’ve never used travel agents in the past, but now we’re getting older, it really is a no-brainer for a stress-free holiday :-)

We booked our holiday through flitch travel with Amelia! She made it so easy and was very patient with us while we chose the correct holiday. We even got a lovely box of chocolates to enjoy after booking too.

Amelia was absolutely amazing with her service when helping us book a holiday. I can be a pretty awkward customer; I kept changing my mind and looking at what felt like 50 million different options. Great service. We went in and originally were looking at Salzburg for me, my wife and little daughter. All the flights were coming up very expensive for 3 nights. The helpful advisor from the Ongar store instead found us an amazing hotel and holiday in Lake Garda for 7 nights and less money with Jet2. We had an amazing time and are already looking to book a city break in october with Flitch.

Absolutely superb. Helped us with various aspects of our holiday. Very compassionate towards our son’s complex needs. Amelia has made our holiday possible and we can’t thank her enough.
