We are a small charity for retirees and publish a bimonthly magazine. We've been using the services of FlippingBook for three years. Being of a certain age most of us are not that comfortable with computers and online stuff, so have had many questions which have consistently been responded to within 24 hours. The support is always friendly, very helpful and every single query has had a positive outcome. I am so very pleased that our charity is a FlippingBook customer!

I have been a user of FlippingBook, I think when they first came on the scene. I believe they are the original with many imitators. As they say they stick with what works and they never disappoint. Over the years they keep making it better and I use it for all my clients. Recently I ran into an issue the day before one of my clients was doing a live seminar. Our SMS system went down which we actually use to drive them to FlippingBook. I didn't know what to do so I headed over to FlippingBook, contacted their customer Service and I had the good fortune to chat with Evgenia. She literally showed me a feature I didn't even know existed and she saved the day. The platform is amazing, so it figures their customer service would be amazing and it was. Thank you Evgenia, and thank you FlippingBook!

I have been using the software from FlippingBook for around 10 years and the helpdesk team have always been very attentive, clear in what they say, patient and above all, very helpful.
I don't often need their help as the software is very good.
I highly recommend both the software and the helpful people that are there when you need them.

We've been using Flipping Book for the past few months and have found it to be an excellent product, fits our requirements very well, customer service is excellent and the site is easy to navigate. Lots of online help available too. A+ product

The tool has many interesting features, but they are all in expensive plans, and we use almost one feature - the ability to send PDF as links, without having to send heavy files by mail or through file hosting. In addition, PDF gets a comfortable look.

We create catalogs with FlippingBook. I like that we can link items to product pages on our site, so people can make purchases there. And the table of contents feature is awesome, because it helps navigate around 50+ pages with ease. Also, our catalogs look really neat and give us a competitive edge!
